PSYCHOLOGICAL HANGOVER; IS AMERICA FINISHED?

PSYCHOLOGICAL HANGOVER; IS AMERICA FINISHED?

Our heads have been spinning with these early state presidential elections. “The inability to become aroused over any of the choices for president put forth by either party in the 2008 election year,” says another NWV contributor, Randy Murray, is called Electile Dysfunction.

They talk about change. What change? We changed from a Constitutional Republic with individual responsibilities to a collective Keynesian socialist society (democracy) with power being given to Washington, D.C. under Republican President Lincoln and most notably other presidents thereafter, i.e. Wilson, FDR, Nixon, Johnson and most recently, our own President George W. Bush since the 9/11 incident. Only Ron Paul wants change back to our Constitutional Republic.

Believing their representatives were watching out for their freedoms and taking their Oaths of Office seriously, the electorate did not realize vague, unconstitutional laws were incrementally being enacted while they trusted and slept.

After 9/11, President G.W. Bush put the frosting on the cake with his Homeland Security. Naomi Wolf, author of The End of America writes about such intrusions into our lives by the Patriot Act, Defense Authorization Act and the elimination of Habeas Corpus. When the Terrorism Information and Prevention System (TIPS) met with opposition, a version of this program, she says, was simply shifted to the Pentagon’s “black budget.” She fails to admit how the Democrats are equally responsible. Didn’t we get the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) under President Bill Clinton, with the blessing of a Republican Congress controlled by supposedly conservative Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich with talk show host, Rush Limbaugh becoming a cheerleader -- or was it “water boy?” Former Presidential Reform Party candidate Ross Perot warned NAFTA was the giant sucking sound of jobs going south to Mexico. I can hear Ross say in his southern drawl today, “It’s time to get out the shovel and clean the barn!”

Have you heard the latest? On December 20, 2007, the head of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff (whose last name in Russian means son of Satan), has unveiled his $15 billion dollar cyber security program, which will watch every person from space? In addition to that, the FBI is embarking on the creation of a single database that is so large it will keep track of every person in the U.S. and elsewhere in great detail.[1]

Rather than listen to all the polls and speculations of the media which help to control the presidential outcome, we could probably ask the chauffeurs of the limousines who escort these globalists from their private jets in San Francisco, Oakland or Santa Rosa, California to the Bohemian Grove on the Russian River north of Santa Rosa for their annual, last two-week in July rendezvous in the woods worshipping the cultic owl, where they decide who will be the next president. One driver knew Ronald Reagan was going to be our next president before the election because he overheard the discussion in his limousine. Did the same thing happen in July 2007?

In her book, Naomi Wolf calls it a psychological hangover. She writes, “The men who risked hanging to found our nation and the women who risked their own lives to support this experiment in freedom, and who did what they could to advance it, were terrified of exactly what we call a dictatorship. They called it ‘tyranny’ or ‘despotism.’ It was the specter at their backs – and they all knew it – as Americans debated the Constitution and argued about the shape of the Bill of Rights” and that “The Constitution and Bill of Rights were set forth not as a flag flying merrily but as a bulwark: A set of barriers against what the Founders and their fellow country men and women saw as people’s natural tendency to oppress others if their power is unchecked…” Of course, it was obvious to the readers she was referring to President George Bush and compared him to Mussolini, Stalin, and Hitler – the mantra of many Democrat radio talk show hosts who help sell her book.

I became troubled when I read how Naomi equated women with the Founders. While women have played a significant role in our country, and continue to do so, do any readers recall seeing the names of any women on the Declaration of Independence when these 56 signers pledged to give their lives, fortunes and sacred honor? So I was not surprised to read throughout her book how Republicans are to blame for what she calls “fascist shifting.” Near the end she seemed to be calling dissenters, journalists, and elected officials to “repent.” She compared them to the “hero” (not Savior) of the Conservative Christian movement, which she described as a powerful political prisoner, seized by a powerful state (Rome), convicted without a trial and tortured by military. She admits “students and academics are always democracy’s foot soldiers” and her “repentance” wasn’t for their sins but fear of being blackmailed, exposed for their hypocrisy and possibly ending up in jail themselves.

Gary Allen, a graduate of Stanford University, author of Communist Revolution in the Streets and one of the nation’s top authorities on civil turmoil and the New Left wrote in 1971 about Professor John Kenneth Galbraith and how Galbraith wanted the Democrat Party to quit pussyfooting around and proclaim its own adherence to socialism. In his book Who Needs the Democrats? the Cambridge sage declared: “The Democrat Party must henceforth use the word socialism.” He knew that in the Communist Manifesto's Karl Marx made no distinction between socialism and communism. So far, we've only had Vermont Congressman Bernie Sanders claim he’s a socialist. [Read] And one of the 45 declared goals of the Communist Takeover of America was #26: Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

Just how far has this country spiritually fallen? In a July 4, 1987, newspaper article, a story called “History Speaks to U.S.” It quoted Ecclesiastes: “Remember now thy creator in the days of thy youth, while evil days come not…” Now we are having caucus meetings in gambling casinos in Nevada and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Department of Tourism took out a three –page ad in the Dec/Jan issue of Out Magazine designed specifically for rich sodomites hoping to draw fifty million visitors to the city by the year 2015, but especially aiming for this Valentine’s Day.[2]

I can remember the time when a certain Tuesday was set-aside in our state. The voting booths in each precinct were open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with paper ballots and we all assumed our votes were secure and safe, the election was honest and election officials worked through the night to give the results for next morning’s newspaper. People left work and went right to their precincts to vote. (In Oregon, we currently have “vote by mail.”) The retired ladies recognized us and voting was easy. While waiting in line, it was a time to visit with others from our precincts, which we may not have seen since the last election cycle. But today, it’s psychological warfare with electronic voting in many states with no paper trail and all the candidates claiming Christianity. Psychology is ecumenism’s final glue, providing a common anti-Christian religion in America’s apostate churches and the entire world. No more absolutes are causing us to become disoriented. Everything is moving so rapidly.

The voters who have been watching the records of these candidates over the years know exactly for whom they will be voting. They sacrificially contribute to campaigns and we won’t see them in any after-glow undecided focus groups. On the other side of the coin, we have the jabberwocky of television and radio commentators and newspaper editors and/or journalists giving their two cents worth. They demonize candidates like Ron Paul and try to persuade people how to vote, but maybe the party is over and most don’t even realize it.

Naomi recalls during the 1933 purges in Germany, Hitler’s propagandist, Goebbels, on April 7, 1933, in one day purged the civil service – specially targeting state attorneys and judges – the baseline measure being “loyalty” and then reminds us of how President George W. Bush fired nine U.S. attorneys in March 2007, perhaps with the knowledge of Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. [Read] She says Internal Justice Department e-mails indicated they had been targeted as being insufficiently loyal to White House policies. (Didn’t President Clinton do the same thing?) Could it be that U.S. attorneys have the power to decide which voting registration groups should be investigated and potentially prosecuted? She says, “We assume we can simply throw the bums out” in 2008. That’s what I’m hearing on the “progressive” radio talk shows but I often wonder if we’ll even have a 2008 election? And if so, will it be a fair election? From the way presidential hopefuls GOP Ron Paul and Democrat Dennis Kucinch have been treated, it makes me wonder. What if we have another crisis? What if President G.W. Bush declares martial law?

While completely ignoring all the other improprieties of Bill and Hillary when they were co-presidents, like who killed Vince Foster and the 1995 Philippine Police warnings about some Muslims using airplanes as missiles to fly into U.S. buildings [3], she asks is it reasonable to assume that leaders who are willing to abuse signing statements (Executive Orders); withhold information from Congress; make secret decisions; lie to the American people; use fake evidence to justify a pre-emptive war; torture prisoners; tap people’s phones; open their mail and e-mail; break into their houses; and now simply ignore Congress altogether – leaders with, currently (July 14, 2007) a 29 percent approval rating – will surely say, come 2008, “The decision rests in the hands of the people. May the votes be fairly counted?” “If for eight years this group has flouted other equally precious rules of the democratic game, aren’t we rash to assume that this same group will see a transparent, fair election as sacrosanct?” she asks and goes on to add, “The Founders asked us to err on the side of vigilance when it came to liberty. History and current events around the world – Nigeria, Turkey, Ukraine, the Philippines – show many examples of leaders in weak or weakening democracies who were able to ‘co-ordinate’ the civil bureaucracy with their cronies; (Remember all the Clinton cronie appointments and pardons?) they then tamper with the vote, and sully the outcome of elections.”

She says, “At that stage, shock follows shock so quickly that the civil society institutions start to reel. At this point, in weaker democracies than ours, the police forces and the army are used to stop dissenters. In any late shift, the final stage is the establishment of government by emergency decree or actual martial law and the leader’s assertion – usually using the law to defend this assertion, that he or she is above the law, or that he or she is the law: The Decider.” I noticed at one Giuliani rally there was a sign called “The Decider” but I’m also reminded of Jeremiah 9:17 and Isaiah 3:12 when cunning women rule and even many Democrats seem fearful of Hillary.

A few days ago (January 2008) a story was told on TV that Aurora, Colorado has rolled out an impenetrable tank-like vehicle with bullet proof windows and tires that cannot be shot out for the use of local Swat Teams to help combat crime in America. Those gangs in America must really have our law enforcement worried -- or are our leaders simply preparing for something worse?
