In these times we must not lose our perspective. We must not forget to whom we Christians belong. We must never forget that we are but sojourners and travelers in a land that is not ours. The times are difficult. They are not going to get any easier. Many of my readers do not understand why I can say these things with such finality and authority. Many I am sure say to themselves, who is he? How can he know? I know for two reasons. I can see what is happening, know by and large why it is happening, know human nature and by far the most important reason, I know God. I know that he is not happy with what is happening in America or has been happening in America. Now outside of the secular information I have and pass on to my readers, this and this fact alone is enough to sober me and keep me doing what this site has been doing for a long, long time. Warning the saved and the unsaved, the poor and the rich, the connected and those that have no political or economic voice in America. Many still do not understand why I do what I do or why this site continues to put up news stories from around the world from mass starvation, wars in far off places, government policy on torture to spying, trade, mass job losses and the raging fires of Christian persecution. They are not sure about this site. My secular readers don't get the spiritual side of the site and the Christian readers get put off because I don't have a scripture verse for every paragraph I write or news Item I post.
But these times are important for sites like this one and for many others on the net. God has called people like me (however so humble) for times as these. There has been no other time in the history of Man where it was so easy, cheap and frankly (at times) enjoyable to reach so many people around the world. It could not be done in Paul's time, not in Constantine's time, not in Queen Elizabeth I time, not in Abraham Lincoln's time, not even in JFK's time. In Truth the Internet has been the kind of tool it is now for just a little over 10 years.
So if one comes to this site regularly you will see just how bad the global situations is. You will not see stories on Paris Hilton, or Britney Spears. I do not get sidetracked into pop-culture or mindless spin, unless it is an important issue and then only to point out the spin. The issues facing our world and the American nation are very serious and I will go so far as to say extremely serious and the light has ceased flashing yellow and is now flashing red. The American economy is falling so rapidly that even those doom and gloom economists are surprised by its descent. Those who refused to predict it are still trying to cover their proverbial backsides because they were so very, very wrong. I read an interesting piece by one economist as he attempted to show people how 'right' he was in his writings. Well, I read his stuff regularly for over 4 years and he never gave any kind of prediction as to what we are now seeing. Not once, though he claims to have done so. These are skilled liars and men whose real God is the money they can 'make' in America's corrupt markets.
Nowhere do 'responsible' economists talk about the massive frauds that have been going on for years. The Ponzi schemes, the money laundering, the murders and thefts. These subjects are simply never talked about. Once one begins to do so, they are no longer considered 'reputable' economists. The fraud now is making the headlines and believe me, there is much more fraud going on out there that has yet to be prosecuted. When you have the kinds of de-regulation that we had for so many years, you are going to get fraud. The two go hand in hand and America should have learned its lesson during the savings and loan crisis. It didn't. It is not going to learn its lesson in his crisis either. They will still try and put 'humpty-dumpty' back together again. I am here to tell you that they can delay things, but that the system is beyond human repair. We let the thieves steal too much. We were too comfortable to raise a stink about what was going on. We did not vote the thieves out of office. We still have not. Americas think they can get change and fix these problems within the two party framework. I am here to tell you that the two party framework is one of the cornerstones of the problem in America and Americans are still too deceived to see understand and most importantly ACT on it.
So I say this to each of you, if you are wise and can see past the show and theater of American politics and national news, I will give you the simplest secret that will help strip away most of the baloney you hear economists say in the news say. It is an old axiom but one that will help you understand. It is an axiom that the liars (that is what they are) in the establishment and these economists who are trying to sound respectable so they can be quoted on TV and national newspapers will ignore. The axiom is this:
That which cannot continue, will not continue.
The amount of derivatives being created in Wall Streets gambling casino (folks that is all these derivatives are , bets) was not sustainable. Sooner or later the house of cards was going to come crashing down. No gamblers ponzi scheme ever survives. They always collapse. Now keep this in mind - some economists (as they call themselves ) call guys like me or the folks over at Money And Markets, or Doug Noland at Prudent Bear, 'Perma-bears'. It is meant to denigrate a view that is as rock solid as the rock of Gibraltar. That view being that you can't run a ponzi scheme forever. But if you hold that view, you are a 'perma-bear' a 'doom and gloomer' a 'financial cynic'. That is the impression that those who would deceive you out of your money want to leave with you with when they speak about those who still can identify a scam when they see one. To my readers I say this. Use your head. Do the math and don't let these scamsters take you for a ride to the poor house. I am not saying this just for hindsight about derivatives. There is another glaring example of the above axiom that is out there for any and all to see.
This is the other elephant in the living room that only now is beginning to be talked about with a degree of sanity. These deficits cannot continue. They will not continue. You can parade a thousand economists with multiple PhD.'s to tell you otherwise but I am here to tell you. That which cannot continue, will not continue. These deficits are a exercise in the same kinds of insanity that has brought the nations banks to their destruction. Yes they are open but only with a multi-trillion dollar lifeline that even now some are saying may not be enough. They simply are going to need more money to survive and the number they need is not a number that can be clearly ascertained. Some of those whom I still have a lot of respect for like Roubini says credit losses could reach well over $3 trillion.
That is not a number that the establishment wants out there for the average Joe to hear and my suspicion is that the losses are closer to $5-10 Trillion when this crisis finishes off more and more of Corporate America, leaving many millions more unable to service their mortgages and debt. So this crisis is not over, not by a long shot and the solutions being proposed by Mr. Obama do not frankly inspire confidence, from my perspective. I just don't see him as being man who has a strong background in economics and is too dependent on the Wall Street crowd for advice on how to fix this crisis. I say this: There is no solution within the parameters set forth in the public debate and the me who have been hired to fix it will defend it and its corruptions at all costs. I am not 'slamming' Obama. Presidents are people too and make mistakes. He knows that and acknowledges it. So let those of you who have elevated Obama to some kind of 'godhood' take a step back and look at this man his administration and the enormous task he has to solve with some down to earth perspective and not get too hypersensitive about what is happening out there and not get too worked up into a tizzy because of some well meaning critics like me. We all sink or swim, eat or starve based in what this guy does in the next four years. Now if I were advising the President I would tell him to set aside a bout 2 hours one day with some economists from the outside of the halls of power or those with those who are within them and have fought the Wall Street beast for many years. I would have a luncheon and invite folks like Ron Paul, Peter Schiff, Martin Weiss, Nouriel Roubini and others who have sounded the alarm for many years and are not institutionally beholden to the banks who are getting so much money on the taxpayers back. I would call them in and ensure I did NOT invite the Treasury Secretary, or the anyone from the Fed or Wall Streets banks and insider economists. It would be the President, a couple of my most trusted advisors and a gaggle of outsider economists who know the problems and have their own ideas on how to fix it. I would advise the President to listen carefully, take notes because I think that if he goes on the way he is going, he will one day be forced to implement some outside of the box solutions when what he is trying now does not work.
So keep this in mind dear readers, the liars are out there folks... trying to sell you investment advice that profits them and not you. I have never done that but have posted some material from sites that do who have called this thing right from the start long before it began. I also have been an affiliate of another company that also called it right though they called it too early. It shows itself in the destruction of the family and the denigration of a godly marriage. It shows itself in the constant pleasure seeking (hedonism) and consumerism that is the bedrock of modern Americanism. These these are taken as 'good' and normal by most. But America has lost sight of what is right and good. They have been more than willing to accept the mistreatment of others as long as it continues their own selfish comforts. This was clearly what the Vice President was signaling at the beginning of our War on Terror when he said publicly that 'America's way of life is not negotiable.' Now as much as there is a seeming repudiation of the last administration today, we must note clearly and for the record that such a repudiation was not present so very long ago, and no matter what you think about how they came to power Millions upon millions of Americans voted for those policies (GOP) and even their political opposition rubber stamped those ideas into national policy. This was not an idle choice, this was a choice that America was fundamentally making to wage war on any and all of those who did not accept the America way of life for Americans at the expense of the rest of the world.
It was an arrogant and violent policy and one that has shown the world what America is really made of. It is made of consumers who will kill and plunder in order to keep on consuming the lions share of the worlds resources. That was and still is America. Is such a view popular? Of course not. Americans still see themselves as good. The adulterer, the liar, the thief, the killer for hire, the drug dealer, the crooked cop, the bribe taking medical official, the contractor who builds using substandard materials, the racist hate-filled school teacher... Americans I am here to tell you, simply are not good. They think they are but simply are not. They are men and women whose moral compass has been shifted adeptly by a media and PR machine that has done a number on them that they are not even aware of. The world sees this and at this has put us at odds with large portions of it. Sadly there are many who have turned to violence to deal with modern Americanism.
What is never stated publicly enunciated in policy circles is that one of the major causes of global terrorism is this kind of American thinking. No it is not popular to say these things. But the truth be told American policy is more to blame for Global terrorism than any other factor in the world. This is not to say there are not many other the causes as well. There are, but our violence towards others, our eagerness to back the worlds most brutal dictatorships our unwillingness to listen to voices of the poor and downtrodden are the reasons why these souls take up arms against us and many hate us with a perfect hatred. This has and is causing a great many nations in the world to hate us. Once again, while many Americans and even American Christians will not accept this, this too was foretold by the prophets of old. Herein lies a key factor in determining those who are listening to God and his servants and those who are still in love with Americanism. God is not mocked nor will he be. If there is an entity in the last times that is the pinnacle of Global Commerce, has a great nascent global government with her borders, has a multitude of different ethnic groups in her borders, is the most powerful nation among a powerful grouping of seven nations (now eight) and exists in the last days, we are it. There is no other nation that even comes close to fitting the bill. But tell this to most Christians and they look at you as if you had tree branch growing out of your forehead. Such an idea is beyond their comprehension. Their minds have been blinded by the prince of this world.
America is, as I have said going into a deep valley of decision. She must make up her mind to do right, honor God and not give heed to the deceiving spirits that she has listened to for the last few decades. These spirits are those whose job is not to save America but to destroy her. Take away her goodness, and pervert her in such a way as to bring in the new Global order that will, in my estimation be a largely Islamic one.
This is just one of the reasons why having a basic understand of the words of Christ and his prophecies about the end times is of such importance. To know the times and seasons so that we will not be like Israel in the day of her visitation and reject the truth in favor of a lie. This is what they did when Christ arrived. They could not discern the seasons.
He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? (Mat 16:2-3)
The signs of the times are staring us in the face. Anyone who knows God can see it. God is real his commandments are real his judgment is real and I am here to testify in the name of Christ Jesus, Hell is real.
The signs are all there. Interpreting them is now not so much the preview of the prophet or those to whom God gives dreams or even visions. But rather, to those who will open up their bibles and really study not just about prophecy, but also about God's holy character.
You see, God has not changed. He never will. If you understand what the scriptures teach about God's immutable character, you will know that God will not allow this kind of evil to continue. It is simply not possible. God must act and he will. But God is always merciful, not wanting to destroy our nation but rather that we should change our ways and do what is right and good. That starts right here at home. It starts by us spending more money on our own poor and downtrodden and less on a bloated and violent empire. It starts with helping ordinary Americans who need it rather than the bankers who are still coldly throwing people out of their homes in a crisis that they largely created. It starts with men and women across America saying, “We have greatly erred and need to rethink our priorities...Uncle Bob just lost his job and needs groceries, we have some extra money lets help him”. It starts with a single person who is making mid-six figures deciding that he can do without a new Lexus this year and give a little more to the local homeless shelter, which has run out of goods and is about to lose its electricity. It starts with people especially Christians going back into the Bible and finding out what God considers riches.
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (Luk 6:38)

Humility, a loving , giving person who obeys God... that is who is rich towards God. Let not your creature comforts your million dollar houses or your paper wealth deceive you. Don't say 'God has blessed me', when you obtained those things through deceit, mistreating others, lying stealing and selling out your own nation. God did not bless you, you blessed yourself and your bill towards God is coming due. It a single instant it can all be taken from you. An executive order closing all of America's banks can make the rich just as poor as the poor and don't let anyone tell you that such an eventuality has not been discussed by those in power.

America as a nation is now at a point where all of her greatness and wealth is under a most serious threat and we are NOT rich towards God. Indeed we have done much that truly displeases him. We must decide whom we will serve as individuals and as a nation.

Such an idea is beyond their comprehension. Their minds have been blinded by the prince of this world.
America is, as I have said going into a deep valley of decision. She must make up her mind to do right, honor God and not give heed to the deceiving spirits that she has listened to for the last few decades. These spirits are those whose job is not to save America but to destroy her. Take away her goodness, and pervert her in such a way as to bring in the new Global order that will, in my estimation be a largely Islamic one.
This is just one of the reasons why having a basic understand of the words of Christ and his prophecies about the end times is of such importance. To know the times and seasons so that we will not be like Israel in the day of her visitation and reject the truth in favor of a lie. This is what they did when Christ arrived. They could not discern the seasons.
He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? (Mat 16:2-3)
The signs of the times are staring us in the face. Anyone who knows God can see it. God is real his commandments are real his judgment is real and I am here to testify in the name of Christ Jesus, Hell is real.
The signs are all there. Interpreting them is now not so much the preview of the prophet or those to whom God gives dreams or even visions. But rather, to those who will open up their bibles and really study not just about prophecy, but also about God's holy character.
You see, God has not changed. He never will. If you understand what the scriptures teach about God's immutable character, you will know that God will not allow this kind of evil to continue. It is simply not possible. God must act and he will. But God is always merciful, not wanting to destroy our nation but rather that we should change our ways and do what is right and good. That starts right here at home. It starts by us spending more money on our own poor and downtrodden and less on a bloated and violent empire. It starts with helping ordinary Americans who need it rather than the bankers who are still coldly throwing people out of their homes in a crisis that they largely created. It starts with men and women across America saying, “We have greatly erred and need to rethink our priorities...Uncle Bob just lost his job and needs groceries, we have some extra money lets help him”. It starts with a single person who is making mid-six figures deciding that he can do without a new Lexus this year and give a little more to the local homeless shelter, which has run out of goods and is about to lose its electricity. It starts with people especially Christians going back into the Bible and finding out what God considers riches.
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (Luk 6:38)
And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. And they were astonished out of measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved? And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. (Mar 10:24-31)
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. (1Ti 6:17-19)
Humility, a loving , giving person who obeys God... that is who is rich towards God. Let not your creature comforts your million dollar houses or your paper wealth deceive you. Don't say 'God has blessed me', when you obtained those things through deceit, mistreating others, lying stealing and selling out your own nation. God did not bless you, you blessed yourself and your bill towards God is coming due. It a single instant it can all be taken from you. An executive order closing all of America's banks can make the rich just as poor as the poor and don't let anyone tell you that such an eventuality has not been discussed by those in power.
It has.
America as a nation is now at a point where all of her greatness and wealth is under a most serious threat and we are NOT rich towards God. Indeed we have done much that truly displeases him. We must decide whom we will serve as individuals and as a nation.
