TREATING SYMPTOMS DOESN'T KEEP THE PATIENT FROM DYING

"Some Marines say they can see the day when the Corps will be required to execute Haiti-like missions, or worse, within the borders of the United States....Because of the rising potential for civil disobedience within the inner cities, it is inevitable the U.S. military will be employed more often within American borders....To enable the Marines to execute these new domestic missions in the same way that they do abroad, Major Reeves calls for major alterations in U.S. laws." Sacramento Bee (scanned here: Forum section), November 30, 1997: Our civilian-military face off - The Bill of Rights no obstacle for Corps
Every day more and more concerned Americans who do grasp there is big trouble brewing with more to come, are sincerely trying to make a difference. Unfortunately, what I see is what I have been seeing for more than a decade: wishful thinking and not real solutions. Treating the symptoms while the patient lies on the operating table hemorrhaging to death. Allow me to give you a few of my prime examples which I have written about consistently over the years; see links.
ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) or as I call their evil organization, the American Communist Lawyers Union. In past columns I have brought forth the unconstitutional pillaging of the people's purse to reimburse this private organization under the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976. There is ZERO authority under Art. 1, Sec. 8 of the supreme law of the land, the U.S. Constitution, to take from the people's pocket to fund this Act. The so-called conservative Republicans took control of Congress on January 5, 1995. They have had ample time to overturn the original legislation for this Act. Have they? No. The only thing the GOP controlled Congress has done in the past eleven years is mutter tsk, tsk, wring their hands, appear on talk shows and make flowery speeches to predominately religious based and family value oriented organizations about how bad the ACLU is, but if you help me get reelected, "I'll fight for American values!"
Any member of Congress who has voted to fund the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976 is in violation of the supreme law of the land and should be voted out of office, not back in. The ACLU has received millions of YOUR dollars to promote their communist agenda. Take away those big bucks and it would most certainly hurt their ability to conduct war against everything good this country has ever stood for while promoting every toxic agenda under the sun.
The Second Amendment. A very nice man sent me mail regarding my recent column on the Second Amendment and the Vitter Amendment where I said:
"Congress doesn't need to act to protect the self-defense rights of citizens. The Second Amendment already does and THAT is the ultimate and final solution. If the American people continue to allow Congress to pass more "new" legislation regarding restrictions, conditions or threatening to withhold funds regarding the Second Amendment, the end result will be more of the same. More anti-gun laws and more unconstitutional meddling by the federal machine. If we don't go after the solution, the problem will only continue to be treated with more "pro" Second Amendment bills that are absolutely unnecessary; see here. How can you possibly expect to limit federal encroachment if you keep asking Congress to pass more laws? Think about it."
This gentleman wanted to let me know that he had contacted Gun Owners of America, a very fine organization, and that some of the text of the Vitter Amendment had been changed: "The Vitter language you sent us was the old language. Rep. Vitter modified his amendment before the vote with the following (GOA supplied) language: *"None of the funds appropriated by this Act shall be used for the seizure of a firearm based on the existence of a declaration or state of emergency."* (Congressional Record, July 13, 2006, p. S7458.)
That's nice, but it still doesn't change my position: Congress does not need to act to protect the self-defense rights of citizens. The Second Amendment already does that. We don't need any more "new" laws that amend or change the true meaning of the Second Amendment through the back door. That's what the Vitter Amendment and these thousands of gun laws have done and it is unconstitutional. The Vitter Amendment is just another exercise in treating the symptoms to impress pro Second Amendment voters. The true meaning of the Second Amendment REQUIRES a certain class of individuals in the Several States of the Union to be armed for the specific purpose of repelling insurrection among other duties and responsibilities. Therefore, the Vitter Amendment is unnecessary. This is just more time wasted and an attempt to put yet another "new" law on the books.
Federal Judges and the First plank of the Communist Manifesto: Abolition of property in land and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
How many times have we seen high paid mouthpieces like Shallow Shawn Hannity, Ann Coulter, Rush Windbag and others screech and whine and groan about the decisions coming down from federal judges and the U.S. Supreme Court, i.e., Kelo v. City of New London? Five U.S. Supreme Court Justices ruled that local governments can force private property owners to sell to make way for private economic development when local city fathers decide (once their pockets have been filled by developers) the public would benefit even if the property is in great condition and even though the new project (bringing in more tax revenues for local politicians to blow out their backsides) isn't guaranteed.
How many members of Congress and your state legislatures have we seen on the boob tube or at town hall meetings lament about Kelo, separation of church and state and other rancid decisions by these so called higher courts? Dozens. They all jump up and down, talk about liberal judges on the bench and generally fill the screen with lots of bombastic gas. Then they go back to their office and do nothing about it. What should have been the immediate action by the counterfeit U.S. Senate when the Kelo decision was announced? Thomas Jefferson said it perfectly:
"[How] to check these unconstitutional invasions of... rights by the Federal judiciary? Not by impeachment in the first instance, but by a strong protestation of both houses of Congress that such and such doctrines advanced by the Supreme Court are contrary to the Constitution; and if afterwards they relapse into the same heresies, impeach and set the whole adrift. For what was the government divided into three branches, but that each should watch over the others and oppose their usurpations?" --Thomas Jefferson to Nathaniel Macon, 1821. (*) FE 10:192
Federal judges have been dumping on the U.S. Constitution for decades - especially in the area of illegals and protecting sodomites and other sexual deviants. The counterfeit U.S. Senate has done NOTHING to remedy this cancer: impeach these justices and federal judges. To say the Kelo decision was a major death knell to private property ownership and the further promotion of communism in this country is the understatement of the century. The U.S. Senate should have immediately moved to impeach Justices Stevens, Breyer, Ginsburg, Kennedy, and Souter. The myth of life time appointments for judges regardless of job performance on the bench is thoroughly debunked in Dr. Edwin Vieira's brilliant work, How to Dethrone the Imperial Judiciary.
As Thom Jefferson said: Congress can issue a warning (protestation), but if these black robed hellions continue destroying the God-given rights of we the people, private property ownership, violating existing federal law by unconstitutionally giving YOUR money, benefits to illegal aliens and promoting sexual deviants and perverts, then by God, you "set the whole adrift" - which means you boot them off the bench via impeachment. The government won't come to an end if the process is handled efficiently and without a bunch of partisan BS. Of course this won't happen because the 100 counterfeit U.S. Senators sitting in office right now don't have the moral courage or the guts to do what must be done in order to save this republic. Tragically, the American people will continue to excuse each one of them because of pet issues, i.e., pro life, pro abortion, pro sodomy, pro environment, more unconstitutional "bacon" to the district, etc. In the meantime, these same justices and federal judges will continue destroying this country and the lives of millions of Americans because of a cowardly senate who will protect their own $pecial interest$ above the law of the land.
Our Founding Fathers gave us the ballot box to remove scoundrels, traitors and crooks (elected public officials) who violate their oath of office. But, with electronic ballot machines controlling our elections for more than 30 years and masses of illegals voting, we have no idea who is really getting lawfully elected. The insidious Motor Voter Law, the ideal tool for the mass promotion of vote fraud, is still on the books thanks to the Republican controlled Congress. I have been pounding on the issue of vote fraud since 1993. Finally, it is now one of the hot issues in the country, although the "mainstream" and cable networks are doing their best to keep this criminal activity from the American people. Earlier this month lawsuits by activists were filed in nine states against these insidious machines; see story here. Unfortunately, it's going to be too late for this November's pretend elections.
What are we to do? Ideally, vote out every member of Congress up for reelection except Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo - all of them. Vote out every incumbent governor up for reelection and vote out every member of the every state legislature that has been sitting around doing nothing to regain states rights by standing up to the federal machine, i.e,. reject the voluntary National ID and illegals. This isn't going to happen in 2006 and we're running out of time. We must build such a momentum against the agenda of one world government and all its tentacles (written about by the great columnists on NewsWithViews.com) that we force these politicians back to constitutional government..
The great folks in Tennessee defeated a state personal income tax because they took the fight to the streets and their state capitol. They won. The Minutemen took the fight of the illegals invasion to the border up front and in everyone's face in a way that it couldn't be ignored. What they have done in a very short period of time is miraculous. The swine in the U.S. Senate voted two months ago to build a federal border fence. Then just ten days ago, these same SOBs voted to NOT fund the fence! There are no more words to describe the actions of these mendacious, craven individuals. Frosty Wooldridge's Paul Revere Ride and the Minutemen have shoved this issue down the throat of Congress and the state legislatures. We the people can do the same in exposing the underbelly of this one world government to our fellow Americans county by county.
How about blowing up a picture of Phoenix high school student Tanee Natividad onto a poster board with the caption "Murdered by an illegal" and taking it to a town hall meeting and/or debate being held for incumbents at the state and federal level to hold up for all to see? No, make it more than just Tanee, bring along another youngster Joey Cornell murdered by an illegal and Sister Helen Chaska, a nun who was raped and murdered in 2002 out in Oregon by an illegal. Carry signs with their pictures to these public gatherings and shove it down the throats of Teddy Chappaquiddick Kennedy and John McCain. Take it to the streets. Turn public opinion into rage. Make every soccer mom in America feel the fear and terror that their daughter could be the next victim raped and murdered by an illegal or their son killed by an illegal driving drunk; they should be terrified, see here. Take it home to Main Street, USA.
Get my CDs, make copies and put them into the hands of friends, colleagues, business associates, members of your church. You cannot expect people to be outraged if they aren't getting the full truth. I'm trying to find a recording studio near my new home town to record Vol. III, but I can tell you this is working. I gave a set of the CDs to several contractors who have done some minor work on my new house. This is a small town and let me tell you, people who have heard the CDs are in shock and they want to know more. You can do the same in your area and circle of influence. Here's what some folks are saying about this idea:
"I just got your "One for the Road" CD's; While I have been reading your work for several years now, I still can't stop listening to these CD's. I want to commend you on a great idea. Even the laziest of the laziest Americans have no reason for remaining ignorant to the assault being waged against our Republic." Steve
"I read News With Views all the time and was excited when you offered your For the Road series CDs. I ordered your first two volumes. We are from Kansas and took a trip to Indianapolis and listened to the CDs on the way. We had a college student (Jessica) riding with us. I had already read most of the things that were on the CDs, but I wanted my husband to hear them. He doesn't want me to read anything to him from the Internet, while I'm reading them, so this was my chance.
"Well, you won him over, and also Jessica. Because you were so adamant about backing up your information, they believed it and were shocked about what they'd heard. This, of course, made me very happy. Now my husband knows about the 16th and 17th amendments not being ratified and tells people. So will Jessica. They also learned your other important information. Thank you so much for doing these CDs." Vicki
The blueprint for tyranny is right in there in plain sight. Those who choose to ignore it are foolish, indeed. As Mel Gibson said in the movie, The Patriot: "Mark my words: This war will be fought not on the frontier or some distant battlefield, but amongst us, among our homes. Our children will learn of it in their own eyes and the innocent will die with the rest of us."
