On Sept. 24 the DNC filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action, which sent Berg scrambling to file a response, which was filed on Sept. 29, providing the date and material which led to my confusion that the order had been signed. Accept my mea culpas. The moment I realized the error I called News With Views and had the article pulled, and posted a recant on my website as well. Here is the most current information on the case, taken from court documents. -- Jon Christian Ryter

On September 29, 2008 Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg, filed a response to a motion to dismiss by defendant Barack Obama who was joined in his effort to quash Berg's lawsuit by the Democratic National Committee, claiming it has no standing to proceed. Berg argued in the brief response that he has provided the precedents which establish the standing and petitioned US District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to pursue the case. In his Sept. 29 filing, Berg said: "Plaintiff served discovery in way of Admissions and Request for Production of Documents, on Defendants on September 15, 2008 and has attempted to obtain verification of Obama's eligibility through subpoenas to the government entities and the hospital's in Hawaii. To date, Plaintiffs and two of (2) the locations, which subpoenas were served upon, refused to honor the subpoenas.

"For the above aforementioned reasons, Plaintiff respectfully request Defendants and the Democratic National Committee's Motion to Dismiss pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) be denied and order immediate discovery (the unsigned order requiring Obama to produce..." within three (3) days{

1. Obama's "vault" version (certified copy of his "original" long version) birth certificate; and
2. a certified copy of Obama's Certificate of Citizenship;
3. a certified copy of Obama's oath of allegiance."

The certified copy of the citizen of the world's "oath of allegiance" to the United Sates is a document attesting to the fact that the newly "naturalized" citizen (usually an immigrant who has just been granted citizenship) or for native born Americans who have forfeited or otherwise surrendered their citizenship, and have requested reinstatement at their majority, usually 18, has sworn allegiance to the United States and its Constitution.

In this filing, Berg argued that he has legal standing to bring suit against Obama—and the DNC—pursuant to 5 USC §702; 524 US 11 (1998); 8 USC §148(b); 5 USC §552(B); 28 USC §1343 and also standing pursuant to Federal Question Jurisdiction. Berg rightfully claimed he has suffered "...the kind of injury that Congress expected might be addressed under the statute..." since the issue of where Obama was born with conflicting birth certificates and conflicting claims of what hospital Obama was born in—with Obama's own family members claiming he was born at three different hospitals in two countries.

The Obama "Birth Flap" was not of Berg's making. It began in June when National Review's Jim Geraghty raised the question and asked the Obama Campaign to release a copy of his birth certificate in order to prove that he actually was born in the United States. (Reports had previously surfaced claiming that Obama's Kenyan grandmother, Sarah Hussein Obama, told reporters that Obama was not born in Hawaii, but in Kenya. She also reportedly told reporters that when her son, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. returned to Kenya he was accompanied by his pregnant white wife who was close to term.)

Obama's family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama's grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii.

Reportedly, when she arrived back in Hawaii, Stanley Anne registered her son's live birth as an event which had just happened—in Honolulu, Hawaii. This supposition is supported by the appearance, shortly after Nov. 6, 2007, of a Hawaiian birth certificate that was issued, as a duplicate birth certificate, by the State of Hawaii to a US Senator who requested it.

Conservative bloggers on the Internet screamed that the birth certificate, which appeared on the Obama Campaign's "Fight The Smears" website and was also downloaded and used by far left blogger Markos Zuniga on his website, Daily Kos, was forgery concocted by Daily Kos, A self-described cyvbersleuth who uses the cyber-pseudonym Techdude claimed—without ever presenting an actual resum eto support his qualification claims—that the document was a fraud. There is little doubt it is the real McCoy—even if it was issued as a political favor to a prospective Democratic presidential candidate by some innocuous petty official in Hawaii. The clerk who issued the document, which purports to be a copy of an original document, was date stamped "Nov. 6, 2007" on the reverse side of the birth certificate in blue ink which bled through and is visible on the front of the electronic image.

Attorney Philip J. Berg, the former head of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Democratic Party and a former member of the Democratic State Convention and, reportedly a Hillary Clinton supporter, wanted to learn the truth from the myriad of rumors that also suggested that Sen. Obama may also have been a citizen of Indonesia. The only consistent part of the story was Stanley Ann returning to Hawaii to claim he had been in the United States and was a US citizen.

In his original lawsuit filing, Berg specifically asked for those three items. Berg told the court that "...at the time Plaintiff's complaint was filed, Plaintiff was requesting protections from the court in order to stop Obama from being nominated by the DNC as the Democratic Presidential Nominee as Obama is not eligible to serve as President of the United States. However, Obama was nominated by the DNC...For that reason, Plaintiff must amend his complaint and will be amending this complaint to file a First Amendment complaint...."

Berg argued that he felt it was the role of the Federal Election Commission to ensure that presidential and congressional candidates are eligible to hold the positions for which they were seeking, and that those candidates run a fair and legitimate campaign. "In vetting the presidential candidate," Berg further said: "the DNC and the FEC are required to ensure the eligibility requirements pursuant to our Constitution are met and the Presidential nominee, if elected, is qualified and eligible to serve pursuant to our United States Constitution. In order to be eligible to run for the Office of President of the United States, you must be a "natural born" citizen.

"There appears to be no question that Defendant Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was a US citizen. It is also undisputed that his father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a citizen of Kenya. Obama's parents, according to divorce recorded, were married on or about February 2, 1961.

"Defendant Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and it is uncertain in which hospital he claims to have been born. Obama's grandmother on his father's side, his half-brother and half-sister all claim Obama was born not in Hawaii but in Kenya. Reports reflect that Obama's mother traveled to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii. At her late stage of pregnancy (which apparently are normal restrictions, to avoid births during flights). By these reports, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew home and registered Obama's birth. There are records of a "registry of birth" for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii."

Berg's investigators revealed that Obama's own half-sister Maya Soetoro—with whom he was raised—seemed not to know where her own brother was born. In the Nov., 2004 interview by the Rainbow Newsletter Maya Soetoro said Obama was born on Aug. 4, 1961 at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. In February, 2008 Maya was interviewed by the Star Bulletin. This time she told reporters that Obama was born on August 4, 1961 at the Kaliolani Medical Center for Women and Children. On June 9, 2008 Wayne Madsen, a journalist with Online Journal published an article in which he said a research team went to Mombassa, Kenya and located a Certificate registering the live birth of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. to his father, a Kenyan citizen and his mother, a US citizen.

Berg's argument to the court was that under the US Nationality Act of 1940, Section 317 (b), a minor child follows the naturalization and citizenship status of his or her custodial parent. In Obama's case, Berg argued, a minor child follows the naturalization and citizenship status of his or her custodial father. Obama's Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetora signed a statement acknowledging Obama as his son, giving Obama natural Indonesian citizenship, which explains the name "Barry Soetoro" and his Indonesian school documents. Loss of US citizenship, under US law in effect in 1967 required that foreign citizenship be achieved through "application." Which, according to Berg, is precisely what happened to Obama when his mother married Soetoro and the family moved to Indonesia.

When Obama and his mother moved to Indonesia, Obama had already been enrolled in school—something that could not have happened under Indonesian law if Soetoro had not signed an acknowledgment (the application) affirming that Obama was his son and that he was Indonesian. Thus, it was deemed that Obama was an Indonesian State citizen. (Citizenship of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 9 of 1992 dated 31 Mar. 1992, Indonesia Civil Code): "...State children of Indonesia include: (viii) children who are born outside of legal marriage from foreign State citizen mother who are acknowledged by father who is Indonesian State citizen as his children and that acknowledgment is made prior to children reaching 18 years of age or prior to marriage; Republic of Indonesia Constitution, 1945." Furthermore, under Indonesian law, if a resident Indonesian citizen married a foreigner—in this case, Lolo Soetoro marrying Stanley Ann Obama—she was required to renounce her US citizenship.

In his lawsuit, Berg demanded a copy of Obama's Certificate of Citizenship, a document Obama needed for to regain his citizenship—which was lost in Indonesia. He will have that document only if the proper paperwork was filed with the US State Department when Obama returned to Hawaii in 1971 since that is the only way Obama could regain his US "natural born" status. Berg is convinced that Obama was never naturalized in the United States after his return. Obama returned to his maternal grandparents in Hawaii without his mother. Since she is the only one who could have filed for the reinstatement of his citizenship, it is unlikely it ever happened. If it did, his Certificate of Citizenship would affirm his right to seek the office of President. Without it, Barack Obama is just another resident alien who can't even legally hold his seat in the US Senate. if I was in the Republican National Committee, I would be joining Philip Berg with the full force, and pocketbook, of the GOP.

We are experiencing one of the worst financial upheavals of the post-WWII era, driven primarily by a vast increase in the number of mortgage defaults. But why did the mortgage market meltdown so badly? Why were there so many defaults when the economy was not particularly weak? And why weren’t the securities based upon these mortgages considered anywhere as risky as they actually turned out to be?

In his new Independent Policy Report, Anatomy of a Train Wreck: Causes of the Mortgage Meltdown (The Independent Institute / October 3, 2008), Research Fellow and economist Stan J. Liebowitz reveals that the federal government has led a misguided attack on underwriting standards for more than a decade in a politically-motivated attempt to increase homeownership, particularly for minorities and the less affluent.

Homeownership had been stagnant in the U.S. for some time, Liebowitz says. Though seemingly noble for the government to want to stimulate new ownership, “the tool chosen to achieve this goal was one that endangered the entire mortgage enterprise: intentional weakening of the traditional mortgage lending standards,” he continues.

The government’s weakened underwriting standards allowed lenders to grant mortgages with virtually no down payments, few restrictions on the size of monthly payments relative to income, little examination of credit scores or employment history, and so forth. Initially these new rules succeeded in increasing home ownership rates, and “the decline in mortgage underwriting standards was universally praised as an ‘innovation’ in mortgage lending,” Liebowitz says.

As home ownership appeared to become easier, consumer demand spiked, resulting in a pricing boom at the turn of the 21st century. The rising prices ushered in a host of speculators, who accounted for roughly a quarter of sales during this time.

The speculators would buy and subsequently sell houses over short periods of time in the expectation of turning a profit, and of course the new loan standards appealed to them. They pursued adjustable rate mortgages with the smallest down payments and the lowest interest rates in order to secure the biggest return. It never mattered how painful these mortgages might become years down the road, because the home would be sold again long before then. As borrowers began to default on their loans, though, the high housing prices began to decrease. When the speculators realized they could no longer make a profit, they naturally left the market, leaving the investors who backed them with the mortgage debt. Liebowitz argues that this hypothesis—rather than the popular subprime vulture hypothesis—fits much better with the fact that foreclosures increased mainly for adjustable rate mortgages and not fixed rate, regardless of whether mortgages were prime or subprime.

It is necessary to understand what caused the mortgage crisis in order to avoid repeating history. Many pin the blame for the crisis on greedy and manipulative lenders or the speculators who bet on the basis of artificially inflated prices. However, in Anatomy of Train Wreck, Liebowitz argues that the government-dominated housing and regulatory establishment is truly at fault. Powerful government agencies and intellectuals must understand the imperative need for strict underwriting standards. Such standards are essential safeguards that ensure that housing prices accurately reflect supply and demand in the housing industry, preventing a housing bubble like the one that led to the current crisis, Liebowitz concludes. Lawmakers and government housing officials would do well to understand this, and they just might manage to avoid such a train wreck in the future.

Did you notice that the stock market collapse on September 29, 2008, totaled 777 points and occurred on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year? From my viewpoint, it appears to be a judgment on our nation that has the fingerprints of God all over it.

Keep in mind that President George W. Bush was the first president to propose the establishment of a Palestinian state, and for the past month he has had his Secretary of State in the Middle East trying to force the Israelis to give up their heartland.

The Word of God warns that nations who try to divide Israel in the end times will pay a terrible price. In Joel 3:2 the Lord says that He will "enter into judgment" against those nations that "have divided up My land."

We have sold out Israel for Arab oil, and we are paying the price.

But our treatment of Israel is not the only reason for this remedial judgment. Our worship of money is the other reason.

In my book "America the Beautiful? The United States in Bible Prophecy" published in 2003, I presented several scenarios that could explain the absence of the United States in end time Bible prophecy. They included such things as an internal nuclear attack by terrorists, an external nuclear attack from another nation, and a societal collapse due to internal moral rot. The only positive scenario I could conceive was the destruction of our nation due to the Rapture of the Church.

The very first scenario I offered was an economic one. I put it first because it was the one I felt was most probable. Here's what I wrote:
The first thing that comes to mind is an economic catastrophe that will result from our out of control debt situation. The official outstanding debt of the U.S. government is currently 6.2 trillion dollars. That amounts to $21,540 per person. This debt is increasing at the rate of 1.1 billion per day! Private debt is even more horrendous. At the beginning of the 21st Century, there was a staggering $25.6 trillion of credit market debt outstanding in the U.S. That total represents a doubling of the debt burden since 1990. America's total debt, public and private (including state and local government) stands at around $32 trillion dollars! That's $115,322 per man, woman, and child. Amazingly, 52% of this debt was accumulated in the 1990s, a decade driven primarily by debt instead of productivity.

There is no way to escape the conclusion that America has become a debt junkie. We are living on money we do not have and will never have, and sooner or later the weight of this debt is going to collapse our economy. One irony is that we have killed 50 million babies who could have been in the work force today contributing to our economic health by producing goods and services and paying taxes.

I believe an unprecedented economic collapse is highly likely because money is the real god of America, and the true God of this universe is a jealous One who does not tolerate idolatry. God, by His very nature, is going to be compelled to destroy our false god.

We are a nation driven by greed. The mortgage debacle which has caused the current crisis is due first of all to greedy people wanting to live in houses they could not afford. They were serviced by greedy banks who were willing to grant loans they knew the people could not pay because the banks intended to flip the loans quickly, making a fast profit. And all the while, greedy politicians were willing to look the other way while their campaigns received money from the greedy lenders who they were supposed to be regulating.

Republicans have run for office for years as fiscal conservatives, vowing to take good care of taxpayer's money. Yet, when they gained control of Congress, they fed at the money trough like ravenous hogs, and President Bush looked the other way, refusing to exercise his veto power. The result is that our national debt continued to skyrocket.

Greed motivates big business, big labor, big sports, and big religion. Every aspect of our society is infected with it. Relentless advertising encourages people to live beyond their means by relying on credit cards.

One sobering result of the current economic debacle is that it has made it almost impossible for John McCain to be elected, meaning that our nation is most likely going to receive the kind of leaders we deserve. We could well end up with the most liberal president in our history, one intent on expanding abortion to include infanticide, determined to retreat internationally from the threat and challenge of Islamic terrorism, and committed to packing our Supreme Court with ultra-liberals who will hold our Constitution in contempt.

The Bible teaches that when a nation rebels against God, He will first raise up prophetic voices to call the nation to repentance. The Lord did that years ago here in America when he began to call for national repentance through voices like Dave Wilkerson who also warned us in graphic language of the consequences if we refused to repent.

When prophetic voices are ignored, God always resorts next to remedial judgments, which increase in ferocity over time. We have experienced a whole series of such judgments, beginning with our loss of the Vietnam War. Other judgments have included such things as natural disasters, epidemics, crop failures, political corruption, crime, and immorality. According to Romans 1, what God does in times of national rebellion is lower the hedge of protection around the nation and allow evil to multiply.

The biggest wake-up call occurred with the attacks on 9/11. But like a sleepy person, we just rolled over, hit the snooze alarm, and went back to sleep.

The most disturbing thing about all this is that the Bible teaches that when a nation refuses to repent in response to prophetic voices and remedial judgments, a point will ultimately come when God will deliver the nation from judgment to destruction. Our nation currently appears to be on that threshold.

Let us pray for our nation as we have never prayed before. Let each of us pray prayers like the one Daniel prayed in Daniel chapter 9, where he took the sins of the nation upon himself and asked for forgiveness. After all, all of us are responsible to one degree or another for the sins of our nation, either due to our participation in them or our unwillingness to speak out against them. Let us pray for God to show us grace by not giving us the kind of leaders we deserve. And let's pray for a national revival that will sweep many people into the Lord's kingdom before it is too late.

THE BILL FOR AMERICANS’ SLOTH IS COMING DUE

As this column comes from the word processor, Congress is considering the massive bailout proposed by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson a few days ago. At an entry-level cost of $700 billion, this is the most extensive, as well as blatant, scheme for looting average Americans ever seen—or ever imagined—by anyone, anywhere, at any time up until now. And, undoubtedly, even more is yet to come—because, if the bandits in the Disgrace of Columbia get away with this, the sky is truly no limit.

Mr. Paulson is quoted as saying, “It pains me tremendously to have the American taxpayer put in this position, but it is better than the alternative.” (USA Today, Monday, 22 September 2008, at 1A) Even if that feeling of regret is personally true for Mr. Paulson, it is surely the exact opposite of the sentiments of relief and glee infusing the low lives in high finance whose bacon will be saved while common Americans’ gooses are cooked by this outrageous stick-up.

But you have to hand it to them. These people have more nerve than a brass monkey: They concoct this racket in bad mortgages and “derivatives,” foist it on the markets, rake off exorbitant profits and executive compensation while the bubble is expanding, and then, when the scheme implodes, hand America a bill of astronomical proportions to pay for their own wrongdoing! And not just to bail themselves out now, either, but in addition to perpetuate their economic and political power so that they can engage in future, presumably even more abusive, financial manipulations and rake-offs to their gain and at average Americans’ expense. For, as Mr. Paulson is reported to have explained, “The key here is about protecting the system.” (USA Today at 2A)

What “system” is that, pray tell? America’s constitutional system? Her free-market system? Perhaps some insight can be gained by consulting Liu Shao-Ch’i, one time big shot of the Chinese Communist Party, who was purged by Chairman Mao Tse-tung for being “the top party person . . . taking the capitalist road”—but whose theories are guiding the Red Chinese oligarchs today:

We will make use of the free market. It will help us remedy the insufficiencies of our economy on the one hand, and provide us with its diversity and versatility on the other. Where the merchants and the free market set the pace, our socialist economy will follow and do likewise. Let the free market retain its private-trading features, its capitalist marketing methods, and its capitalist operations. . . . In the end, we will not only benefit by our emphasis on planning, but we will benefit by its diversity and versatility. [Quotations from President Liu Shao-Ch’i (New York, New York: Walker/Weatherhill, 1968), at 127.]

Liu might actually have believed that his proposal would ultimately advance a “socialist” or even a “communist” system. But the more accurate political-economic designation of what he advocated is “fascist.” Fascism, after all, is the highest form (or, put instrumentally, the inevitable fall-back position) of socialism, because fascism can be made to work in a modern economy (albeit only after a fashion) without having to murder millions of “class enemies” in order to keep the gears grinding, but with power and wealth still concentrated in the hands of a tiny parasitic oligarchy. This is what Stalin never learned, but the Chinese communists, after the demise of The Great Helmsman, did. Apparently, too, this lesson has not been lost on America’s puppet-politicians and the special- interest schemers in the financial demi-monde who pull their strings—and who for decades have been up to their necks in “planning,” and then subverting and manipulating the free market in order to advance their plans. Not that, from the perspective of any common American, though, the label makes a base-metallic dime’s worth of difference. What possible significance does it have if the screw of financial looting—soon to be enforced with para-military police-state oppression—turns from the left rather than the right, or vice versa, when it always drives straight ahead towards the destruction of Americans’ prosperity and freedom?

Well, have you finally had enough? (Is it possible that $700 billion is not enough?!) If so, now what?

A. In the short term, one alternative for real “change we can believe in” would be for Congress, exercising its constitutional power “[t]o regulate Commerce,” to declare all “derivatives” and similar abusive “financial instruments” to be nothing more than “financial wagers”—akin to typical illegal gambling agreements—and therefore unenforceable either directly in any court of the United States or of any State, or under color of any judgment handed down by any foreign court. In addition, under its power “[t]o lay and collect Taxes . . . and Excises, to . . . provide for the . . . general Welfare of the United States,” Congress could subject the proceeds from “derivatives” and similar “financial instruments” that have been executed since (say) 1996 to a retroactive “Excise . . . uniform throughout the United States,” set at 99.99% of their transaction-values, with the proceeds to be secured in a true trust fund exclusively to compensate innocent victims of the present economic meltdown.

These would not be unconstitutional “ex post facto Law[s],” because the “ex post facto” prohibition applies only to “Law[s]” enforceable through criminal sanctions. And that many, or even all, of the “financial wagers” at issue take the ostensible form of private contracts cannot stand in the way, either. For many decisions of the Supreme Court hold that no private contract can frustrate the power of Congress “[t]o regulate Commerce.” Indeed, after what has happened as a result of these “financial instruments’” cancerous growth, Congress has a constitutional duty “[t]o regulate Commerce” in this manner. And, of course, because “the power to tax is the power to destroy,” none of the financial gamblers in the “derivatives” game can assert a right not to be taxed in whatever bracket Congress sees fit to impose.

B. In the long term, though, all this will not be enough. To forefend a recurrence of such financial abuses, America must return to constitutional fundamentals where money is concerned, by separating currency from debt. Currency cannot be debt; and debt cannot be currency. Period.

The only way to minimize irresponsible speculators’ blowing of financial bubbles is to minimize their ability to float their schemes on a rising tide of fiat currency. This requires tying the Nation’s currency to the realities of production in the free market as closely—and insulating it from political manipulations of its supply and purchasing power as much—as possible. For that reason, the only official “money” in the system must be, not simply “backed” by, but actually in the form of the most suitable commodity or commodities, the production of which requires inputs of scarce and costly capital and labor for which other uses vigorously compete. In such a system, official “money” is the commodity (fabricated in a particular form, for the purpose of easy verification of its amount and quality); and the commodity (in that special form) is “money.” And nothing else is. Period.

Throughout history, silver and gold have proven themselves the commodities best suited—and specifically under America’s Constitution are required—to be money. (Lincoln Greenbacks, a nationalized Federal Reserve System, “social credit,” and like schemes rely on nothing more than one or another form of debt-currency—and worse yet, unlike the present Federal Reserve System, which is in the hands of private bankers whose business acumen is at least proportionate to their greed, each of these other arrangements suffers from the fatal defect of consigning control completely to politicians, for whom après moi le déluge are the professional watchwords.)

Today, though, silver and gold are not America’s actual currency—Federal Reserve Notes irredeemable in precious metal are. So, to return America to sound monetary foundations, We the People must re-establish the permanent political and economic use of silver and gold as money on a large scale, and in a relatively short time. As a matter of law, government is the only permanent political-cum-economic institution in society. And, in modern life, governmental operations will inevitably have significant economic effects. Therefore, silver and gold must be, as a matter of law, the only forms of money that are permissible for use by government in its transactions—at every level, National, State, and Local. In the day-to-day operations of a free society, of course, private individuals and entities may use whatever they desire as media of exchange among themselves, assuming the economic risk. But, to maintain a free and prosperous society, in all transactions involving government only official commodity money of silver and gold may be used.

Why silver and gold? Not because these metals constitute the very best money anyone might imagine (although good arguments can be advanced in favor of that conclusion). But because the Constitution requires them as official money. And the Constitution is “the supreme Law of the Land” here and now. True, judges misinterpret it, politicians and special-interest groups flout it, and all too many Americans neither comprehend it nor care to overcome their ignorance on that score. Nonetheless, it is far easier to correct misinterpretations, to enforce compliance, and to educate a critical mass of Americans as true constitutionalists on this subject so crucial to their economic survival than it would be to create a wholly new system from scratch through a constitutional convention—particularly one at which the likes of certain leading Senators and Representatives might be in attendance as the new “Founding Fathers (or Mothers).”

What would the necessary reform legislation provide, and to what end?

First, it would open the mints to “free coinage” of constitutional, legal-tender silver and gold coinage. In deference to modern technology, it would also allow for the use of private electronic silver and gold currencies that consist of fixed amounts of bullion (pure metal) held in secure storage within the United States, provided that the bullion is guaranteed to be convertible for the holders on demand into official silver and gold coins. This would cause a huge flow of silver and gold into the United States, to be coined into official money, along with the creation of new “silver and gold banks” operating on the principle of bailment, not fractional reserves.

Second, the statute would provide for a gradual “denationalization” of the Federal Reserve System’s currency, Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), over some reasonable period of time (say, one year). On a fixed schedule, FRNs would be stripped of their character as “legal tender” (except with respect to contracts expressly made payable in them) and as “obligations of the United States,” and would cease to be “redeem[able] in lawful money” (or anything else) by the Treasury. In addition, all “gold certificates” the Treasury provides to the Federal Reserve, and the authority to do so, would be cancelled—thus negating Title 31, United States Code, Sections 5117 and 5119(a). Anyone who doubts that this can be done legally, as it were “just like that,” should consult Section 30 of the original Federal Reserve Act, in which “[t]he right [of Congress] to amend, alter, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.” Act of 23 December 1913, ch. 6, 38 Stat. 251, 275.

Third, the finances of government at every level would be moved onto the silver and gold standard, by steadily increasing the percentage of taxes paid in, and of payouts to creditors, in the precious metals. Once those finances were entirely on a full specie basis, it would be a criminal offense for any public official to receive or pay out any currency other than silver and gold, except in the case of previously existing contracts made in undifferentiated “dollars,” which may be paid in FRNs (if any such still circulated), or in the silver value of such contracts at the time they were made (if FRNs no longer circulated). (On the latter point, the reader should review how private contracts made in defunct Confederate “dollars” were revalued after the Civil War.)

Fourth, the new legislation would declare: (i) that “sovereign immunity” does not exist with respect to any governmental contract payable in money, so that payment in silver and gold will always be enforceable—thus negating Title 31, United States Code, Section 5118(b, c); and (ii) that any seizure by any public official of silver and gold from the people along the lines of the 1933-1934 raid by the Roosevelt Administration has always been, was specifically in 1933-1934, and is now unconstitutional.

All this, of course, is a very simplified overview of a process that is necessarily complicated by the requirement that the new money must be introduced at a pace sufficiently slow and steady that the free market can make the necessary adjustments in its structure of prices in order to minimize disruptions in production and distribution of vital goods and services as businesses shift from the old currency to the new. Patently clear, though, is that none of this will ever happen, or even have a chance of happening, until sound money, honest banking, and responsible financial markets become widely recognized as crucial components of constitutional “homeland security.” And that will never happen unless and until Americans are organized in “the Militia of the several States” throughout the country. And that will never happen unless one State revitalizes her Militia as an example and encouragement to the rest. And that will never happen unless enough Americans wake up, get up, and make it happen. And when will that happen?

Not having it happen years ago is about to cost this country $700 billion in one fell swoop. So sloth has its price. How much can you afford? How long dare you wait to find out?

Americans once again get to watch, as industry-friendly managers at the FDA drag their feet while the health of tens of millions of American infants and children is in high danger. Consumer protection groups, like the Environmental Working Group, are sounding alarm bells. The international community is outraged, and the October 2008 issue of Environmental Research has published six articles on the serious risk of plastic toxicity to human health, describing what it calls “A Plastic World.”

One of the many toxic plastic-based chemicals of concern is called Bisphenol A, or BPA for short. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sets the “safe” level for this toxin. The EPA, like the FDA, is in crisis. Many EPA scientists have left or been forced out when they voice concerns. Oftentimes safe levels for chemicals are based on industry-friendly amounts, not levels for safety of human health. The perchlorate debacle, a thyroid-disrupting chemical that is currently injuring millions of infants across the U.S., is another example of good scientists at the EPA being muzzled by management and the Bush administration so that the military won’t be forced to clean up a 50 billion dollar problem. Last month the Journal of the American Medical Association published a study of 1400 adults and found that those with the most BPA in their urine had nearly three times the risk of heart disease, more than twice the risk of diabetes, as well as signs of liver damage. Unfortunately, the levels of BPA that were associated with disease are within the EPA’s industry-friendly levels of “safety.” The researchers stated “Widespread and continuous exposure to BPA, primarily through food but also through drinking water, dental sealants, dermal exposure, and inhalation of household dusts, is evident from the presence of detectable levels of BPA in more than 90% of the U.S. population.
Most studies of the health effects of BPA have focused on well-documented estrogenic activity, but reports have highlighted additional modes of action, including liver damage, disrupted pancreatic ß-cell function, thyroid hormone disruption, and obesity-promoting effects…. [Our] findings add to the evidence suggesting adverse effects of low-dose BPA.”

The FDA finds itself in an all too familiar and uncomfortable position of sitting on the crisis hot seat, yet one more distraction for Commissioner Andrew von Eschenbach. He took the top job at the FDA so he could speed new and dangerous biotech cancer drugs onto the market with even less testing for safety or effectiveness (favors for his many friends in the cancer industry). Von Eschenbach’s purpose has been plagued by a never-ending stream of drug frauds and dangers, as well as various food safety debacles. It should be pretty obvious to everyone that safety of the American public is very low on the FDA management’s list of priorities, a problem decades old that really took a turn south in 1992 when Clinton put through legislation that allowed Big Pharma to fund the FDA (funding the Senate and House approved and expanded last year).

Von Eschenbach is carrying forward the Bush doctrine of health, which means that citizens of the United States should have no legal recourse when they are injured by drugs. The Supreme Court is likely to rule on this issue next month (preemption), and has indicated so far it is likely to side with the FDA (part of the Bush legacy). Let’s be clear, the FDA is little more than a police force bully to natural health and consumer legal rights, while acting primarily as an economic gatekeeper for industry and its various economic problems. Safety – what safety?

Under consumer demand the FDA was forced to take a position on BPA and recently declared in the face of a mountain of negative evidence that “products containing BPA currently on the market are safe and that exposure levels ... are below those that may cause health effects.” To reach this decision the FDA appeared to rely on two studies funded by plastic manufacturers, ignoring hundreds of negative studies. The release of the alarming JAMA study in September was timed for an FDA Advisory Panel that is to review the issue further. The release of the six new studies in Environmental Research this month is also targeted to pressure the FDA. “Not only are these studies of scientific importance, they also contribute to the ongoing U.S. congressional hearings involving the Food and Drug Administration,” remarked Gert-Jan Geraeds, Publisher of Environmental Research, “As such, “The Plastic World” has a broader societal impact and raises awareness of increasingly important environmental issues.”

Why Isn’t the FDA Taking Action?

In a crisis situation the FDA acts first to protect the economic interests of those who are causing harm. The FDA knows that if it dictates something should be removed from the market it will open a floodgate of lawsuits. The FDA is employing a time-tested tactic for allowing its friends in industry to escape most legal responsibility and overwhelming damage claims, while actually maintaining their profits while they continue to injure.

This is how the strategy works. It is based on how Monsanto escaped most financial and legal responsibility for contaminating the world with PCBs. The general idea is for the company, in this case Monsanto, to acknowledge certain aspects of the problem, tighten restrictions, and continue to manufacture. A legion of lawyers-for-hire is set up to create confusion and deflect iron-clad proof away from the offending substance as the cause of anything. Profits are continued while liability declines, which enabled Monsanto to keep making money for several decades and to never have to spend the 50 – 100 billion to clean up the U.S., a serious health problem that persists to this day for all Americans.

Monsanto was able to keep its liabilities to a minimum. It has gone through corporate metamorphosis by selling off all its chemical business to escape the future liability if Americans ever wise up. Monsanto is now only in the Frankenfood business (another public health catastrophe of magnitude).

We also recently saw the FDA, under the leadership of Von Eschenbach, employ this very same strategy to bail out the German company Bayer. Bayer was caught red-handed knowingly killing thousands of Americans with its heart by-pass drug Trasylol. The FDA dragged its feet for close to two years and eventually Bayer withdrew the drug on its own (obviously because the FDA would have been forced to remove it). Criminal executive behavior at Bayer, resulting in the deaths of many unsuspecting Americans, was met with an FDA wrist slap. While Bayer will face many lawsuits over Trasylol, its lawyers-for-hire will seek to drag problems out for decades and limit liability to a fraction of what would have happened if the FDA pulled the drug from the market when it was clear the drug was killing Americans. As a Sixty Minutes expose on Trasylol concluded, at least 20,000 Americans lost their lives while the FDA dragged its feet in defense of Bayer. Of course, if the FDA has its way these suits would soon become illegal to file. In the case of the FDA it always drags its feed based on the excuse it needs more data or studies, which is how it provides cover for a company in trouble.

The FDA is now in crisis mode on plastics. Its mantra is “industry first, consumer last.” The only thing that fazes the FDA is massive public outcry and media scrutiny of their ineptitude to protect Americans.

What Are the Dangers in Plastics?

The overall problem is that many chemicals within plastic can be released from the plastic. In some cases this causes direct exposure damage, as is the case with infants and children. Another angle on the problem is that these chemicals massively pollute our oceans, are getting into the food supply as well as adversely affecting many species of life, and are accumulating in our groundwater.

BPA is one of a number of plastic-related chemicals of concern, with around 7 billion pounds a year of production causing widespread contamination of planet Earth. BPA is used to harden plastics so they are shatterproof. BPA is also part of a resin used to coat the inside of canned foods and can leach into the food.

BPA is a fat-soluble neurotoxin and hormone disrupter, meaning that it crosses the blood brain barrier and causes nerve damage while upsetting the metabolic applecart. Primate studies clearly show it causes a loss of cognitive function and memory. Exposure in infants and children may cause permanent damage to their developing nervous system.

Our government gives the following tips for reducing BPA exposure:

• Don’t microwave polycarbonate plastic food containers. Polycarbonate may break down from overuse at high temperatures and release BPA. (Manufacturers are not required to disclose whether an item contains BPA, but polycarbonate containers that do usually have a No. 7 on the bottom.)
• Reduce use of canned foods, especially acidic foods such as tomatoes that can accelerate leaching of BPA from plastic can linings. Opt for soups, vegetables and other items packaged in cardboard “brick” cartons, made of safer layers of aluminum and polyethylene plastic (labeled No. 2).
• Switch to glass, porcelain or stainless-steel containers, particularly for hot food or liquids.
• Use baby bottles that are BPA-free; in the past year, most major manufacturers have developed bottles made without BPA.

Another dangerous chemical called PBDEs (polybrominated diphenyl ethers) is widely used in fire retardants and electronics. It is used in many plastic toys and children’s clothing. A single exposure, in monkeys, can cause permanent brain damage. It is a very close cousin of Monsanto’s PCBs. Exposure directly disturbs the thyroid gland, one more factor contributing to world-wide obesity and poor cognitive development. A recent small study showed that children have 3 times the level of PBDEs in their blood as their mothers.

The plastics industry, like Monsanto of years gone by, will do everything in its power to negate problems while it scrambles to find new ways to do things while still making a profit and limiting liability. Never fear, the FDA and EPA are here to help. The question is, help who?

America is a dying country. I hate to be the one to break the news to you, but America is a dead man walking.

The once great “shining city on a hill” is gasping for breath. Everywhere you turn you are faced with the harsh truth that the death rattle has begun. We are a dying people controlled by a dying government, infected with the dead leadership of dead men, who chew on a dead gospel served-up in dead churches, by dead pastors living out a dead faith.

The stench of death is permeating our society. How could this possibly be? America, has wandered “out of the way of understanding.” Make no mistake about it; America is dying of spiritual starvation. We are the victims of spiritual bulimia, willingly vomiting out all that would nourish us.

America is a congregation of the dead.

We have no one to blame but the Church. I know that makes many of you nervous as you cling to your “dead faith full of dead works” believing that God is pleased with your apathy towards the spiritual condition of this nation. You, my Christian friends, are complicit in the spiritual coup that has swept over America. Compromise is the birthing ground of sin. Savorless salt producing good-for-nothing Christianity.

It is easy to blame the sinner as he proudly gallivants his debauchery for all to see. But it is the “compromise of the converted” that has paved the way for our national suicide. It is not the bold sinner that has destroyed our nation, but the “Silent Saint” ashamed to speak the Truth. And make no mistake about it…we have only ourselves to blame. We have willingly “wandered out of the way of understanding.” We followed folly, “changed the truth of God into a lie and are reaping the whirlwind from our unwillingness to contend for the Truth. Silence isn’t golden, it’s yellow.

We are a nation of liars, following liars, believing liars, and celebrating liars. Jesus said “The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. We have rejected His words, and we have rejected His life. “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”

Freddie Mae and Freddie Mac are the vomit of America’s bulimia. "For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up." Hosea 8:7.

Strangers are swallowing us up. How else can you explain the impotence of the American Church? Only a fool would deny the cause of our malnutrition. We have belched out the bread of life. Professing ourselves to be wise we became fools.

No wonder our nation is the congregation of the dead.

As is our custom, my wife and I were doing our daily devotions this morning and our Scripture reading was II Thessalonians 2. “And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

Much of America is Christian in Name Only. (CHINO) We wear Jesus like a merit badge from the Boy Scouts. But for most Americans church membership is no different than membership in the local Moose Lodge or the American Legion. It is a social structure where like-minded folks get together for fellowship. Like the Shriners, the Church is a club for do-gooders who want to shine their “Christian Medals” for their friends to see.

Almighty God warned us. “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:” --Deuteronomy 30

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

We have rejected God, rejected His Truth, and rejected His Son. We have embraced death, celebrate death, and subsidize death.

We are a congregation of the dead.

Our government is corrupt because our people are corrupt. Our people are corrupt because our churches are corrupt. Most serve mammon and give lip-service to God. Pastors beg the government to permit them to preach what God has commanded them to say. No man can serve two masters.

"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers." Isaiah 1.

Our faithful city has become a harlot.

II Chronicles 7:14 is a popular verse, IF MY PEOPLE…it seems so easy and simple. But rarely do I hear the companion to that verse quoted…the IF NOT of God’s conditional promise. How many of you are familiar with the IF NOT of II Chronicles 7:19?

But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations. And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house? And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.”

Read it closely. It is God doing the plucking, God doing the casting out, and God making it a byword among all the nations. But the “elected officials” and the men of God called to hold them accountable will ask “Why has the Lord done this to our nation?”

And it shall be answered “because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers…therefore HATH HE brought all of this evil upon them.”

God is judging America my friends. Fifty million babies, sodomy in the streets, and the purging of His name….

November 4, 2008 marks the first time in U.S. history whereby countless foreign nationals known as illegal aliens or non-citizens—may contaminate the U.S. presidential and Congressional elections. When all it takes to win may be a few percentage points, illegal aliens grow in their power to throw an election.

A recent report shows 80,000 Chicago illegals registered to vote: “But won’t show up at jury summons,” wrote Mark Burkhalter, for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper published on: 07/15/08. Chicago features 2.1 million illegal aliens within Richard Daley’s “Sanctuary City.” Cities such as Los Angeles, with upwards of 3.1 million illegal aliens, feature even more voters swinging the vote for the presidency.

David Simcox, “How many non-citizen voters?” in the Social Contract, summer 2008, Vol. XVIII, No. 4, thesocialcontract.com, said, “…non-citizen voters in 1996 provided the narrow winning margin in Democrat Loretta Sanchez’s upset of long-time incumbent Republican Bob Dornan in California’s 47th Congressional district in Orange County. They believe that the incident was not isolated and that it presaged a growing threat to good government in general.”

Simcox continued, “Indicators of significant registration of non-citizens continue to pop up, and the current vast voter registration campaigns of Hispanic and Asian interests since Congress’s 2006 rejection of mass amnesty may force local registrars to increase their rubber-stamping of applications, producing new legions of non-citizens to vote in 2008.”

One of the most disturbing placards in the LA and Chicago illegal alien marches, read, “Today we march; tomorrow we vote!”

As shown in the Chicago piece by Burkhalter, illegal aliens already vote in large numbers.

In the 2001, an article in “Insight on the News,” read, “Motor-voter Law Responsible for Increases in Voter Fraud.”

“It claimed that two to four percent of votes in the 2000 presidential election were cast by non-citizens, and in some Florida counties 10 to 15 percent of votes were cast by non-citizens,” Simcox said. “To bring this number into perspective, in Florida’s Miami-Dade County, over half the population is foreign born and nearly a third of the voting age population is non-citizen.

“The U.S. Border Control found that between 1994 and 1998, Hispanic voter registration in Florida soared by 557 percent, from less than 100,000 to 655,000. In Miami-Dade County in the same period the number of Hispanic registered voters increased twenty fold.”

Simcox found in 2004 that naturalized citizens make up 61.4 percent of voter registration while non-citizens account for 300,000 of those registrations. That’s a lot of fraud!

“If these figures for non-citizen registration in California, home to more than one-quarter of the country’s non-citizens, are projected, they imply registration of non-citizen voters between 600,000 and 1.71 million,” Simcox said.

He suggests those figures lend toward a total illegal voting population from 1.2 to 2.7 million for the entire USA.

Can illegal aliens determine the outcome of our presidential or Congressional races? You can bet your bottom dollar they can! Ask Al Gore about Florida!

2 - In Washington State, Christine Gregoire won the Governor’s race by 261 votes.
3 - In 2004, Democratic candidate John Kerry lost Nevada’s electoral votes by a margin of only 22,000 votes with 25,600 votes cast by non-citizens.

Motor-voter registration laws promote fraud in New York. “In 2004, a large portion of the 250,000 persons issued New York State drivers’ license while providing erroneous social security numbers were illegal aliens who were registered to vote under the procedures of the Motor-Voter law,” Simcox said.

Many states don’t check including Colorado, Iowa and South Dakota. That holds true in “Sanctuary Cities” like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Miami, Denver and 30 more.

“Absentee and mail-in ballots,” said Simcox, “reduce the risk to non-citizens of facing challenges at the polling place. A full 31 percent of votes were cast by mail-in for California; 32 percent in Arizona and 29 percent in Colorado. In those jurisdictions, non-citizens can register on-line or by mail and cast ballots without risking face to face challenges or scrutiny at the registration office or at the polls. An extensive report by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on voter fraud, much of it in Miami-Dade, saw absentee voting as the greatest facilitator of fraud.”

As I said in the past, we face “Third World Momentum” whereby corruption becomes a mechanism that dominates poor countries. When millions of their citizens migrate into the U.S., they manifest their own corruption as a matter of course and personal entitlement. One look at millions of identification forgeries, people smuggling, cock fighting rings, dog fighting syndicates, drug smuggling, voter fraud and anchor babies—all paid for by U.S. citizens—marks a degradation of the rule of law in America.

“DemocraciaUSA, VotoLatino and Project Vote work with La Raza, League of United Latin American Citizens and gain funding by People for the American Way and Pew,” said Simcox. “In Los Angeles, local college chapters of Aztlan Chicano Student movement have joined the Latino get out the vote effort.”

With the current crackdown on illegals, they find a new urgency: “Si no votan, nos botan!” (If you don’t vote, they’ll throw us out!”)

“There is no less urgency for citizens, naturalized and native,” Simcox said. “They must decide whether voting should remain an exclusive attribute of citizenship and demand the safeguards to make it so.”

With as high as 2.7 million illegal aliens voting in this November’s election for president and Congressional candidates, along with very thin margins, it’s quite possible that the next president of the United States may be voted into office by illegal aliens. That harsh reality illustrates America’s degradation toward “Third World Momentum” and the loss of this Republic.

Americans are back to the familiar four year refrain: "I'm voting for McCain. Obama is worse." "I'm voting for Obama. McCain is worse." Right back to the same hold your nose and vote. Right back to the same hypocrites like Sean Hannity, who has railed against Juan McCain for his tireless efforts to give illegal aliens a free pass. Hannity now pimps for McCain full time. Dr. James Dobson, head of Focus on the Family, who said, "Speaking as a private individual, I would not vote for John McCain under any circumstances," now embraces the McCain ticket because Sarah Palin has come to the rescue sporting her Real Women Hunt Moose canvas bag.

Democrat and Republican voters, even though they flat out rejected Obama and McCain during the primaries are now cheering those two like their last breath depends on it. The Obama supporters have taken candidate worship to a new level acting as if this Marxist is a messiah. Obama and McCain are the nominees because they serve those who have bought and paid for them. Their advisors were advisors to past presidents who led the way in the destruction of this constitutional republic and our sovereignty.

Did not Americans yell back in 2006, "We want change!" and "No more war!" They wanted change so much, out of 535 seats in Congress, about 31 'new' faces were installed. The same old rats like Charlie Rangle, Juan McCain, Nancy Pelosi and others with two or more DECADES were returned to continue taking us down the razor blade of indentured servitude, financial ruin and a police state. All their experience and look where we are --- hanging off a cliff. Obama and McCain are part of the problem, not the solution.

Did people listen to their words during the controlled debates? Obama and McCain never once touched on the real solutions. Obama and McCain have done nothing but repackage failed policies with new buzz words. Character no longer seems to matter for presidential candidates, only how many promises they make to loot the public treasury to give to the mobs.

Neither Obama nor McCain have a clue on how to "fix" the economy. Furthermore, any promises they are making are pipe dreams. A president does not have the authority to spend a nickel from the people's purse.

September 26, 2008 debate. Both candidates gave the worn out "we have to have more regulations and oversight." Both candidates voted for the disastrous and unconstitutional looting of the U.S. Treasury to bail out private corporations. They have proposed one ignorant "solution" after another, all tailored to appeal to desperate voters and, more importantly, the big money boys.

Obama: "Now, we also have to recognize that this is a final verdict on eight years of failed economic policies promoted by George Bush, supported by Senator McCain, a theory that basically says that we can shred regulations and consumer protections and give more and more to the most, and somehow prosperity will trickle down."

Obama deliberately omitted one of the major components of this mortgage meltdown: 'Andrew Cuomo and Fannie and Freddie: How the youngest Housing and Urban Development secretary in history gave birth to the mortgage crisis'. Obama is a hypocrite. An elitist who looks down his nose at caucasians and the common man, and who believes we're all too stupid to understand his snow job.

McCain: "But I want to emphasize one point to all Americans tonight. This isn't the beginning of the end of this crisis. This is the end of the beginning, if we come out with a package that will keep these institutions stable. And we've got a lot of work to do. And we've got to create jobs."

McCain has been in Congress 26 years. Twenty unlawfully seated in the U.S. Senate. In the past two decades, not once has this despicable person gone for the solution: Abolishing the privately owned, unconstitutional Federal Reserve and a return to sound monetary policy. Now, just like the other socialists and Marxists in Congress, he's selling "we have to create jobs." No, Juan, the federal government is not there to create jobs. That is what private industry in a free markets does --- until corrupt individuals like you voted for destructive trade treaties killing our most important job sectors: agriculture, manufacturing and industrial.

McCain voted for NAFTA. He voted to kill more jobs for American truckers by voting yes to allow Mexican trucks onto U.S. soil. He voted another job killing trade agreement: CAFTA. Obama wasn't in the Senate when NAFTA was passed. He got into a spit swapping contest with fellow Marxist Hillary Clinton during the primaries. He neglected to point out, as did Clinton, that the Democrats have allowed these destructive treaties to remain in place since they took "power" in January 2007. These unconstitutional trade agreements are still in effect while Americans go begging for good paying jobs.

McCain, who I believe is mentally unstable, voted to extend social security benefits to illegal aliens. Thieves in the night who sneak across our borders, breaking our laws, stealing American jobs, classroom space, bankrupting hospitals and filling state and federal prisons. McCain voted to include criminals (a person who breaks federal immigration law is a criminal because they have committed a crime) in a federal taxing scheme that can't be saved. Obama voted Voted YES on continuing federal funds for declared "sanctuary cities." The blood of these innocents is on his hands, just like McCain:

"Edwin Ramos, 21, a Salvadoran national charged has been charged in the murders last summer of Anthony Bologna and his two sons as they were returning home from a picnic." This slaughter happened in San Francisco, domain of lunatic mayor, Gavin Newsom, who thumbs his nose and federal immigration laws. These animals are roaming the streets of America courtesy of people like McCain and Obama. A father and two sons gunned down in the street by someone who should have been deported and kept out of this country long ago.

HUD: Five Million Fraudulent Mortgages Held by Illegals

The problem began years ago when banks were forced to give mortgages without confirming social security numbers or borrower identification. Neither candidate has any intention of stopping these immoral, unconstitutional invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. This from the October 7, 2008, controlled debate:

Obama: "They are plotting to kill Americans right now. As Secretary Gates, the defense secretary, said, the war against terrorism began in that region and that's where it will end. So part of the reason I think it's so important for us to end the war in Iraq is to be able to get more troops into Afghanistan, put more pressure on the Afghan government to do what it needs to do, eliminate some of the drug trafficking that's funding terrorism."

His party has had two years to get out troops out of Iraq; instead, they have continued funding this grotesque occupation. Let's put more troops in Afghanistan, destroy that country and continue killing (collateral damage) innocent civilians. One has to understand who is handling and "advising" Obama to accept that he will follow the same endless "war on terrorism" as McCain.

Obama and McCain shame the old mob families and they do it wearing the cloak of U.S. Senators. Americans who intend to vote for Chuck Baldwin or write in Ron Paul's name are being called traitors by their fellow Americans. Because these Americans choose to vote their conscience, they are "aiding and abetting" the election of Comrade Obama. It is now evil to vote your conscience, but morally acceptable to vote for the lesser of two evils.

I pledge allegiance to Goldman Sachs, and to the conspiracy for which it stands, one racket under Paulson, Communist and indivisible, with eviction and poverty for all.

The battle of the bailout is over. We lost. Despite the unprecedented opposition, despite everything we did, I doubt that many of my readers and listeners thought we could win. Now we need to analyze what happened, what it means and, most important, where it could take us. We do have some hints.

First, consider that the people of this country have never before expressed such rage, such antipathy to a bill. According to one report, the people were 300 to one against it. One Member of Congress received 15,000 messages about it. Ten were in favor. Another said 95% of the messages he got were opposed. According to one analyst, “the calls to Congress are 50 percent ‘No’ and 50 percent ‘Hell, No.’”

There has not been anything like it in the history of the country. So, the fact that Congress could impose this financial version of the Dresden firebombing in the face of such historic voter opposition – the fact that Congress could in effect spit in your face – is proof that representative government in the country is gone. The vote in Congress expressed the fact that we have government by coup; that the actual purpose of “representation” in Washington is to conceal its absence. Most people now see that.

Second, consider the nature of the opposition. Many bills have faced enormous opposition in Congress, yes. The opposition, however large, came from the group(s) the bill targeted. Here the opposition came from every identifiable group, racial, financial, cultural, sexual, geographical, etc. Indeed, like a natural disaster that cares nothing for the politics of the victims in its path, it left jumbled allegiances and loyalties like piles of wrecked furnishings behind.

For instance, Republican Congressmen Tom Tancredo, enemy of the illegal alien invasion and former candidate for President, along with John Shadegg, who recently responded to pleas from his constituents and decided not to retire, both voted for the coup. Liberal Democrats Loretta Sanchez, who stole “B-1 Bob” Dornan’s seat, and Brad Sherman, who was my Congressman when we lived in the San Fernando Valley, both voted against it.

Along these lines, both Senator B. Hussein Obama and el Senador Juan McCain voted for the coup. Why? Here are the top ten corporate PAC contributors to both candidates:

Yes, I know that by now regular readers are long since familiar with my tricks, so I admit this is another. Notice that both Communist candidates are properties of the financial beneficiaries of the coup. They both belong to Goldman Sachs, one of them even more so. Which one is that? Paulson sent $739,521 to Senator Hussein, who wouldn’t pick his nose unless Hank approved. What was that you said about “change?”

Senator Chris Dodd, bottom half of the famous “waitress sandwich,” led the coup in the Senate. Congressman Barney Frank led it through the House. Barney is a butt jumper. For years, the butt he jumped belonged to Herb Moses, a top official at Fannie Mae. Was that why Barney kept saying Fannie was fine? Barney was too busy to notice that another faggot was running a buggery business in his apartment. Barney was as “surprised” as anyone when the faeces hit the fan. Both Barney and Chris are supported royally by Wall Street.

The fact that the opposition was so vast and so varied means that millions who knew nothing now know a lot more. What do they know? For the first time, they understand that the Constitution is dead, exactly as late Republican Congressman Henry Hyde and el presidente Jorge W. Boosh have tried to tell us.

The Federal Reserve has been illegal from the instant it was enacted, because the Act gives the money power to the Fed. The Constitution – the law – gives the money power exclusively to Congress. But Congress lacks the power to give away its power. The coup compounds the original crime and makes it worse. Congress has no power to do what it did. This is what Congressman Ron No Such Candidate Paul has been saying. Now do you see what he was talking about? The only real solution is to abolish the Fed.

A corollary of that realization is that crime does pay if it is big enough. That is what you should now be teaching your kids. Sure, holding up a Seven Eleven is risky and stupid. To get into the really big money – safely – go into the rackets: politics or banking. There is no more law. You know something is right, if you can get away with it. If you can’t, it’s wrong.

Now go back to Congressman Brad Sherman. Remember, Brad is no kind of “right wing extremist.” He certainly is not a Republican. Liberal Democrat Sherman says that during the confrontation about the coup in the House, “a few members were even told there would be Martial Law in America if we voted no.” That’s right; that is what Brad Sherman says Madam Peelousy threatened.

What is martial law? It is military rule by decree. No more wasting time with votes; no more stupid voting for the wrong thing. Meanwhile, the Army acknowledges that the Northern Command may call upon the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team to help with “civil unrest and crowd control.” In the horrifying wake of martial law in the South after Lincoln’s Communist War to Destroy the Union, Congress forbade it in the posse comitatus law – and then repealed it under pressure from el presidente Boosh.

Put all that together with the Halliburton concentration camps, completed, equipped, fully staffed, but empty, waiting for millions to concentrate. Who? Probably not illegal aliens, because they are not there. So, if you subtract illegal aliens, you have citizens. Are they the target of the camps? Are they destined to be concentrated? What could we logically expect?

This is what I fear, not – not – not what I want. The coup is not a solution. The fiscal disaster will get worse. As I write, the collapse intensifies. Shortages, crime and chaos will erupt. Pressure to concentrate for our “protection” will intensify. Again, among our population of 300 millions there are millions newly awakened; some of them would decline to be concentrated, decline violently. How many?

I don’t know. A very small percentage. Would you believe maybe one percent? Whew! That’s a relief. Only one percent! Yes, but one percent of 300 million is three million. Three million! Who? Heavily armed re-loaders, professional military, who now know that Paulson and Helicopter Ben Bernanke, chairman of the non Fed non Reserve, are the enemy. What would happen if Peelousy & Company keep pushing?

Yes, I am perfectly aware that the conspiracy for world government, which has nationalized our police, wants a confrontation it can use as an excuse for suppression. That is precisely why I do not, why I always avoid confrontation. But the martial law advocates have put everything they need for the purpose in place. They didn’t do so for practice. The fact that benign Brad Sherman and many others like him are talking like this for the first time apparently means the conspirators intend to go all the way. Martial law is all over the internet. At some point Mr. Push will meet Mr. Shove.

Remember, you are not talking about me. I’m a mere scribbler, a talker. Shirley Temple in her prime could take me down. I don’t know any of the folks we are talking abut, but I do know you are not talking about unarmed, ignorant villagers sitting on their haunches beside a polluted stream with flies on their eyes.

You are talking about millions of the best of the best, guys who can shoot the wings off a gnat at a gazillion yards. You are talking about the deadliest creature that every stalked the earth, the Marine Corps sniper. Yes, he’s retired and a tad thicker in the middle, but he is still deadly and just as mean.

What will happen when the martial law fanatics finally succeed in arousing these folks despite our best efforts? I’m not talking about something organized. The conspirators for world government love organized opposition because they know where to find it. They can infiltrate it and, when ready, destroy it.

No, I’m talking about what the military types call “targets of opportunity,” targets that accidentally, providentially, come into focus or show up, when a vehicle breaks down, for instance, or somebody makes a wrong turn, or there is an accident, or somebody goes out shopping or dining and is recognized.

Let’s hope nobody with one of those 50 caliber sniper rifles that can take out a target at more than a mile does something stupid. Please, guys, don’t do it, however tempting. It’s what the conspirators want. They have no loyalty to their own. They would love it were you to give them an excuse to impose national lockdown by blowing Bernanke’s slimy head off, or parking one in Hank’s heinie.

And just in case you think this whole thing is a joke; as I write, word arrives from New York that a “disgruntled employee” has knocked former Lehman Brothers CEO Richard Fuld cold in the Lehman gym. Fuld left his job with the usual multimillions. Banking and politics! What great rackets! The more you fail, the bigger your rewards. Is Fascism a great system or what?

Ben! Hank! Rednecks are everywhere! Even in the gym! Please double your bodyguards. Stay inside and away from windows. Hire tasters and drinkers. Most of all, beware the red dot.

“For the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country”-men for becoming a little aware of how badly they are being manipulated. Officials in government, corporations and media, along with illegals, who caused this destruction, should plan on running for their very lives. Government officials who refuse to comply with the Constitution and desires of the People have no legitimate power, they are Criminals, Rogues, Usurpers and Traitors.

It is now urgent that we vote politicians out of office who ignore demands of more than 75% to 90% of the people by unconstitutionally giving hundreds of billions of dollars to their corporate paymasters as follows:

1. Unconstitutionally allowing illegals to invade and remain for corporate profits, but at great cost to Americans in lost jobs, blood and treasure.

2. Unconstitutionally voting for so called Free Trade deals like NAFTA to eliminate American jobs for corporate profits.

3. Voting for 10 visa and other immigration programs to replace American workers.

4. Now voting for a 700 billion dollar bailout for both foreign and domestic corporations responsible for the meltdown. This is in addition to a much larger amount of credit being given by the Private Federal Reserve Bank without fanfare. All of this without Constitutional authority, while ignoring the demands and welfare of almost 100% of the people. Hundreds of Economists say this cash infusion will reward the greedy who caused and profited from the meltdown while prolonging it with additional losses for the people. The Senate in its arrogance just added another 150 billion dollars to the bailout bill which included a lot of pork.

5. The only possible result is massive inflation resulting in worthless money, economic collapse and extreme suffering by the people. This is a perfect plan for the left, leading to a communist takeover.

6. This could not occur without the treasonous exercise of unconstitutional authority and expenditures by government officials.

This is the end game, where traitors take what they have not already stolen using the privately owned and unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank, with support of corrupt rogue officials in Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branches at all levels of government who refuse to obey our constitution and laws. A few specifics of this Tyranny and high Treason are as follows:

* Without actions by the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank this meltdown would have been impossible; it is privately owned by corporate elites using unconstitutional Federal Reserve Notes as currency to steal our assets and impoverish us.

* The unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank enabled and extended the Great Depression using deflation and their private owners bought what they wanted for next to nothing, and they are doing it again, but now they are using inflation..

* This Criminal Conspiracy (RICO) of government, corporate and media has reduced the value of our unconstitutional money to the point where it now requires more than three times as many dollars to buy gold currency as it did in 2000, which effectively raised our cost of living and is reducing value of our pensions, savings and investments to zero.

* Our Military and Police must refuse any orders from the rogue officials to deny citizens their Constitutional Rights or they may provoke a civil war and be tried as war criminals.

* This destruction of our economy is caused by unconstitutional actions by government and the private Federal Reserve Bank. It is a failure of unconstitutional government socialism (fascism and communism), not free enterprise and capitalism.

* Bailout of corrupt bankers and investors will be at great cost, unconstitutional and devastating to the people. A bailout would do nothing either for Money and Interbank Markets that are close to a systemic meltdown. Again, corporate elites take the profits and their employees in Congress shift losses to the people. Read Nouriel Roubini.

* Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and everyone in real estate caused the meltdown and made millions. They were empowered by the private Federal Reserve Bank and unconstitutional laws to fund toxic mortgages and to donate millions to politicians. Banks were forced to accept a large percentage of unqualified loans. Our government paid ACORN and others millions to teach unqualified people, including illegals, how to game the system for mortgages and to commit massive voter fraud. This was not Capitalism, it was fraud, and another example of the failure of Socialism.

* Stockholders in Fannie and Freddie lost everything, but our government protected the 376 Billion Dollar investment by China, with our money.

* Ron Paul, the only one in congress who understands Economics said; Congress should reject this bailout because it is an immoral theft from taxpayers, it is unconstitutional and bad Economic policy. It is also money down a rat hole and will only make the dollar crisis that much worse The true crisis is the pending collapse of the fiat dollar system. Ron Paul’s comments appear to be shared by every Economist in the country who is not associated with the criminals.

* Much of what the Federal Government does is simply unconstitutional and the average citizen has no access to justice, none. We must regain control of Congress so we can impeach and prosecute the criminals in all branches and levels of government.

* The wealthy, everywhere in the world know what is going on and they are buying gold and silver bars and coins so fast that there is a serious shortage.

Our government has unconstitutionally allowed Millions of Americans to be either murdered, killed, raped, robbed or molested by illegals so corporations could profit from cheap labor, mortgage scams and theft. The obvious objective is the continuing reduction in our standard of living to the point where Americans live and die homeless, hungry and in pain as slaves in the North American Union ruled by a Corporate New World Order.

The traitors can only take my country over my dead body, and the bodies of millions of other patriots, American citizens are the most heavily armed and trained in the world. But, our objective is to defeat the traitors with the rule of law as long as we have sovereignty, before the people really feel the pain from the loss of everything and react with uncontrolled rage and bloodshed.

Our own history and experience is proof that the solution to our problems is simple; comply with dictates of our Constitution.

After reading this, if you think my use of “Criminal, Usurper, Rogue and Traitor” are not proper descriptive terms for most politicians, then you are a brainwashed fool.

The past couple of weeks we have watched the economy of the nation unravel in a series of consistent and unrelenting economic catastrophes of unprecedented gravity. The fact is that the whole financial system was, prior to these events, deeply touched by a rot, decay and corruption that was consciously papered over and hidden by the clandestine and criminal machinations of corporate officers and a great number of debased career politicians who are complicit by virtue of the sale of their integrity for money. It is the sad fate of the people today to be subject to such and to have their destinies delivered into the hands of the debauched and debased quasi mobsters that rule over them.

It was interesting and enlightening to witness the extent of the power and control of these perfectly arrogant power brokers as they scrambled like a cat covering its dirt to hide the evidence of their malfeasance and to create an entirely delusive hypothesis for a gullible public, or as in recent political campaign vernacular, “to put lipstick on the pig.”

The depth of the power of these was absolutely stunning and their control of the markets was perfectly spectacular as they manipulated the securities markets to reflect a series of alternating losses and gains to coincide with their thrusts to milk the taxpayers for what amounted to a trillion dollars in bailouts and so-called economic incentives. They played like a fiddle a compliant, and mostly witting, media that by turns used their broadcast powers to either frighten the people or to encourage and coerce their support for bailouts that would preserve the fortunes of millionaires and billionaires. It was perfectly evident who owned the lion’s portion of stock market shares and who could sell them at a loss or move them around in manipulative maneuvers. It was the financial moguls that were quite willing to sacrifice millions to preserve billions. Working people do not have that kind of clout, or the money it takes to gear up a full-fledged lying panic machine in a matter of hours. Chalk up another one for the moneyed aristocracy.

If Huey thought that it was bad in his day one can imagine that his mind would boggle at the depth of the criminal corruptness of the two national parties today. Rank and file representatives in the House, who really cared about the wishes of their constituents, ignored their leadership and killed Wall Street’s golden goose bailout. The Republican members were especially cognizant of the wishes of their constituents, this despite the fact that their fearless leader, John Boehner, averred that although the bailout bill was a crap sandwich he was willing to eat it. Quite magnanimous of old John to volunteer to fall on the spear or eat the poisoned pill as a sacrifice for the elites. Too bad he has not that kind of courage when it comes to the common people.

Of course the House action was an exercise in futility as that great unaccountable Marxist body the United States Senate stepped into the breech in their inimitable socialist mode and fashioned from the skeletal remains of the House Bill a monstrosity that would challenge the reasoned and reasonable judgment of even the most sophisticated in rational thinking. In addition to the near trillion dollars of bailouts and gifts in the House Bill these cavalier distributors of the peoples’ money added hundreds of millions of dollars in pork to fatten the coffers of Hollywood producers, stockcar race owners, Caribbean rum producers, Alaskan fishermen and makers of toy wooden arrows.

The Beginning Of The End

In their Herculean effort to obfuscate the fact that they have effectively killed the American economy the reprobate politicians and the venal corporate criminals have engaged in an interminable talk of liquidity, suppression of credit to main street America, the dissipation of retirement accounts and savings (what savings?), the disappearing dream of a house for even the willingly unproductive and taxpayer funded college loans to sustain the hugely inflated costs and grossly obscene money grubbing of the institutions of higher learning.

These propagandists studiously avoid putting into simple terms the fact that they have deliberately forged an economy that is based entirely upon debt and an economy that has no intrinsic base in precious metals or anything else of worth. The liquidity they talk of is a ghost of no substance. If every corporation, financial institution, business, family unit and especially the government would be forced at a given moment in time to pay their debts from their cash flow or by a sale of assets the whole country would fall on its face and they know it.

The whole of this nation lives hand to mouth, take away the money that flows through our collective hands from Peter to Paul and the system will default and collapse. In point of fact that is exactly what is going to happen. As I write this message the House has caved in to the enormous pressures of the money-grubbers, the lap dogs of the fourth estate, and the venal politicians who have sold themselves into slavery to the finance felons to pass the monumental and rationally indiscernible pork laden bailout of the mega bucks barons of Wall Street.

There will be no recovery of the economy through natural selection and healing market adjustments, which are entirely necessary as painful as they might be. The passing of this bill will create another small credit bubble and when that bubble collapses, as it inevitably will, it will virtually assure a complete economic meltdown, the political manipulators of the administration and the congress, who have thrown the baby out with the bathwater, have now set it in stone. Crank up the printing machines boys we’re going to need a lot of those bogus bucks.

Once again through blundering greed and venal unconcern the United States has led the rest of the world into economic crisis, and the rest of the world, which is quite tired of being exposed to economic turmoil, will most certainly throw the United States to the dogs and expend every effort to build up their economies and stabilize their markets. The United States will be frozen from foreign markets and isolated and will self-destruct in a complete economic collapse that will herald the initiation of a final series of events that will funnel the nation to its ultimate demise.

No Spiritual Discernment

Those who have not God’s Spirit, through the Lord Jesus Christ, have no discernment. They are entirely separated from - and denied - a knowledge of the consequence of their actions and have no true understanding of cause and effect. This is readily apparent, as one is witness to the blundering and inimical actions of our politicians. Some of these may be brilliant of mind, but they are spiritually dull and have been delivered unto delusional beliefs and false conceptions.

It is an undeniable fact that this nation is in the hands of delusional secularists with no God-given discernment. Such are leading a pseudo Christian nation that is in total rebellion against the Eternal God and in absolute defiance of His Word. They mock Him and deny His Son, the purchaser of our salvation, and then have the audacity to invoke His blessings upon this satanic nation. Their words fall to the ground dead upon utterance. It is most certain that our sovereign God does not hear or countenance their empty pleadings as their very works identify them as being in service to the evil one.

And The End

All great powers that have ended up on the historical compost pile of dead nations have trod nearly indistinguishable paths to their demise and extinction. The United States, now imminently on the cusp of total disintegration as a world power, is entering into the final throes of expiration and classically treading the dark descent to the dank den of the tombs of failed nations, where it will lie under the debris of a once great commonwealth as its marker. There will be no lament; there will be no dirge, there will be no requiem, only a stinking, smoldering stench will testify to its former existence and its pitiful end.
