Receiving God’s Word with Humility in These Last Days

Recently I listened to a Pastor in a local conservative Evangelical Church in the USA and was greatly disturbed by his handling of God's Truth. The Pastor was answering questions being asked by the believers in the church. However, the Pastor was avoiding giving answers that would offend some people with “weaknesses” in the Church.

At the end of the day, the believers got a watered down version of Biblical answers simply because the Pastor did not want to offend the parishioners who were still struggling with some issues.

On another occasion, one Ugandan Pastor told me that it was useless to dwell so much on what the bible says since we all have “weaknesses”. In other words the so-called discernment ministry we were engaging in was fruitless since “no one is perfect”.

Both the Ugandan Pastor and the American Pastor engage in what I call interpreting God’s Word from a weakness, inclusiveness, and actually conceding position. In other words, if there are folks struggling with some type of sin in the Church, then the Word of God should be interpreted to make those struggling with sin comfortable and not offended.

The point of such “interpretation” and “preaching” of God’s word is to make the church feel “friendly to sinners”, yet it is this ‘seeker friendly’ approach to preaching God’s word that is leading to Luke warmness in Christian Churches today. What is considered an offensive or cutting edge is taken away from sermons and what you have is a dead sermon and a dying church.

However, it is the Word of God, unadulterated, uncompromised, that is able to save our souls; and it is this unadulterated Word of God that we are told to desire and receive with humility and meekness so that our souls will be saved…

James 1:21-25
(21) Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
(22) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
(23) For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
(24) For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
(25) But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

There is a great lie out there that equates Love of Jesus Christ with watering down Truth and preaching an accommodative gospel… Many Western Preachers are preaching a Gospel that separates Jesus Christ and His Love from His Word.

We do not respond to God’s Word because we are already perfected but rather we come to God’s Word and are perfected as we receive His Truth with all humility and meekness to the saving of our souls… James makes a very important point about God’s Word saving our souls. When we receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of our lives, the process of sanctification begins and goes on until the day we leave this world or until Jesus Christ comes back.

Therefore, our approach to God’s word should be one of humility and in prayer that The Lord will grant us Grace to live according to His Word uncompromised in this adulterous generation as Jesus Christ aptly described it.

So, there is absolutely no need to preach and teach God’s Word is such a way as to dilute the message and edit out the “offensive” edges so as to accommodate our own weaknesses. If we do so then that is the greater sin, because we then restrain that which would bring growth and healing to our souls.

This particular Pastor in this conservative Evangelical church in the USA that I listened to was asked if it was OK to divorce as a Christian and remarry again for any reason. Rather than teach what the New Testament scriptures teach, this Pastor resorted to preaching a gospel of “love” for those who had been victims of divorce.

Yes, we are to preach love but love based on Truth and Truth in God’s Word. God’s Love does not at any time contradict His Word. Those who claim to preach love but yet contradict God’s Word, are preaching another gospel. Yes, for example, The Lord does forgive and gives a second chance to those who have fallen to divorce but this does not negate New Testament Teachings on Divorce. As a matter of fact and truth, it is The Word of God that will save and protect marriages.

My point is that we should not interpret God’s Word based on our personal weaknesses so as to justify our weaknesses and sins. Rather we should receive the Word of God with all humility and meekness. There is a very good reason why James decided to use the term meekness… This is because there are times when it will seem as though the word of God is harsh and tough on us but if we receive it in humility and meekness, and become doers of the Word, then The Lord will grant us grace to outgrow our weaknesses and overcome sin in our lives.

1 Peter 2:1-3
(1) Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
(2) As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
(3) If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

The scriptures command us to lay aside all malice, guile, hypocrisies, envies, and evil speaking as these things will hinder our receptiveness to the Word of God. If we approach the Word of God with pride and arrogance, then we are still in rebellion. However, we are commanded to desire the sincere milk of the Word as newborn babes that we may grow.

It is sad that many Pastors and Preachers are preaching a Seeker Friendly Gospel so as not to offend their parishioners and look like they are “loving” but yet the truth is that they are stagnating the spiritual life of Christians.

Paul the Apostle sums it up all well in his message to Timothy…that Timothy should preach the word, in season and out of season, for a time will come when they will not give heed to sound doctrine but will gather to themselves false teachers and pastors who teach things that they love to hear.

2 Timothy 4:1-4
(1) I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
(2) Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
(3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
(4) And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Dear Pastor preach the Word, in season and out of season, rebuke, exhort, reprove, with all longsuffering and DOCTRINE...like they say 'bitter herbs heal'... It is the word of God that brings healing, restoration, and true renewal. We do not approach God’s Word and receive His word because we are already perfected but rather that we should be perfected, daily, until the day we meet Him face to face…Amen.

The Temptations of a Man Pleasing Gospel in These Last Days

As global society converges towards a single global economic, political, and religious system, those who preach and labor in God’s Word are finding themselves increasingly at odds with Christians who are falling prey to Global Relativism.

Increasingly as I noted in my article last week (Receiving God’s Word with Humility in These Last Days), many preachers are caught up in the game of ‘diplomacy’ and so-called ‘tact’ as they try to convey God’s Truth in ways that they claim are ‘none offensive’ to their listeners. In doing so, many have watered down God’s Truth and the Devil has used the opportunity to not only dilute the Truth in God’s Word but also inject deception.

Many preachers think that they need to help The Lord with dexterity and diplomacy so as to ‘win over’ those who would otherwise be offended. The Lord’s Word is seen as too radical and too offensive by such preachers.

This, however, does not mean that we should not preach or teach God’s Word in Love, we must and but we cannot engage in adding or removing Truth we deem offensive in order to please our listeners in the name of Love. This does not mean that we ‘force the Gospel’ on people, nor are we called to use any means of violence, intimidation, hate, or vengeance in our communication of the gospel.

However, if we are going to preach the Gospel, then we had better communicate the whole truth and not conceal Truth in as to appease our listeners. We cannot separate God’s Truth in His Word from His Love and His Love from His Truth.

The temptation to use tact and diplomacy in preaching the gospel often leads to compromise and deception. Often many equate tact and diplomacy as love while they preach the gospel. There is nothing wrong to employ tact and diplomacy in conveying truth, however, many preachers and pastors today often use tact and diplomacy not to convey truth but instead to win over converts – it turns out to be a numbers game and appeasing people to gain large crowds.

The end result is that the convert who was won over has to be ‘maintained’ in the church pew through ‘tact’ and ‘diplomacy’. The day the pastor stands to preach truth openly, then the offensive truth that was held back by the pastor drives away the believers, and as such a drop in the congregation numbers. This reminds me of an African proverb that ‘Riches gained through lies are maintained by lies until the day they speak truth….’

Jesus Christ had to deal with this issue when He made bread for the Jews and a large crowd came following Him not for His message but for Bread and Miracles. When Jesus Christ begun to teach hard Truth, the crowd was offended and walked away except for his core disciples who chose to stay…

John 6:24-27
(24) When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.
(25) And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
(26) Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
(27) Labor not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

John 6:31-35
(31) Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.
(32) Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
(33) For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
(34) Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
(35) And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

John 6:51-57
(51) I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
(52) The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?
(53) Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
(54) Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
(55) For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
(56) He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
(57) As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

John 6:60-68
(60) Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is a hard saying; who can hear it?
(61) When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
(62) What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
(63) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
(64) But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
(65) And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
(66) From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
(67) Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
(68) Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

Paul the apostle wrote to the Thessalonians Christians about his stance when it came to preaching the Word of Truth in Jesus Christ. Paul the apostle was not at anytime going to preach the gospel with motives to please man but rather he was to please The Lord. This does not mean that he did not love the people to listened to him preach; he did, and so much that he was unwilling at anytime to conceal truth from his listeners regardless if it was ‘offensive’. Of course the context and perspective is love but love in Christ Jesus does not conceal truth but conveys truth.

Yet there are a number of lessons to learn from Paul’s Letter to the Thessalonians, especially Chapter 2 that deals with his conduct in preaching the Gospel. I believe that these are areas that we must all watch out for in our lives as we labor in preaching the gospel, that we do not allow the devil to slowly use snatch away the Truth of God’s Word in our lives.

2 Timothy 1:11-13
(11) Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.
(12) For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
(13) Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Preaching The Gospel not in Timidity…
1 Thessalonians 2:1-2
(1) For yourselves, brethren, know our entrance in unto you, that it was not in vain:
(2) But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.

Paul and his team were bold in preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. They were not ashamed of the gospel as they did preach the gospel in an era when persecuting and killing Christians was wide spread in the Roman Empire. This does not mean that they were arrogant, cocky, and or boastful but rather in Humility spoke with boldness the Truth without not as pleasing man but pleasing God and were willing to suffer the consequences.

Yet this is one area we must all watch out for in these last days as Relativism becomes the norm and Absolute Truth is cast out of churches. The falsehood of tact and diplomacy is that you are often trying to win over the other party at all costs – you are trying to please the other party. Yet Jesus Christ commands us to call all men to Repentance. We are commanded to preach The Gospel of Repentance from sin to All men.

Preaching The Gospel not in Deceit…
1 Thessalonians 2:3
(3) For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:

As Christians engage in preaching the gospel through tact and diplomacy, truth is hidden and concealed so as to please the other party and not offend then in the process. As this method of preaching the gospel is repeated over and over again, it becomes normal to preach an incomplete gospel and the end result is a distorted gospel – a deceptive gospel.

I remember in Uganda, Street Preachers used to preach a gospel of repentance on streets but then as the Prosperity Gospel invaded churches, Street Preachers resorted to preaching a gospel saying that “come to Jesus Christ, He will give you everything”… The trouble was that once the new converts got to Church and started to walk a Christian life, they realized that coming to Jesus Christ did not mean “getting everything”…some of these converts backslide…

Yet still the most important point that Paul stresses in the verse above is that the Truth of God’s word be preached in season and out of season. If you are going to preach the Gospel, then preach the Truth and Preach and Teach Sound Bible Doctrine. Paul did not go about preaching falsehoods and fabrications but rather He preached scripture and Sound Bible Doctrine.

The question then is are you preaching the Truth of the Gospel, are the sermons you preach biblical or do they contradict scripture? Are you concealing Truth simply to win over large numbers of converts and to please men? But yet sill Paul speaks of uncleanness and guile which have to do with evil motives, cunningness, cleverness, astuteness, and ingenuity.

The trouble with Preaching a Gospel of using Tact and Diplomacy is that masses get to listen to you, then to keep the masses and large crowds, one has to device means to conceal Truth, then money comes into the mix and the large crowds give lots of money to sustain the ‘man pleasing’ preacher – a teacher who teaches things that they love to hear. The end result is compromise and sin. Brethren, in this age of Relativism, let us watch out.

2 Timothy 4:3-4
(3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
(4) And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Preaching the Gospel not to Please Men…
1Thessalonians 2:4
(4) But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.

Paul mentions to the Thessalonian Christians that The Lord had entrusted him to preach the gospel not as to please man but God who tests our hearts. The mandate to preach the pure gospel was not only entrusted to Paul who is now long gone but to every Christian, that we proclaim the Truth not as pleasing men but God. Yet the Tact and Diplomacy methodology of preaching the gospel will always run into the arena of pleasing the other party and avoiding all forms of messages and truth considered offensive to the other party.

Paul’s proclamation in this verse was not to sound arrogant and boastful but he was avoiding the pitfalls that come with so-called tact and diplomacy in that diplomacy can be very manipulative. Diplomacy can be used by the powerful to gain advantage of the weak by employing trickery to convince and control opponents and thus deny them a chance to respond.

Yet the Gospel we preach is one that gives all men a choice to either believe in Jesus Christ and Repent or refuse and reject The Grace of God in Jesus Christ. Therefore Paul the apostle was not going to preach a gospel that pleased man but rather he was to preach a gospel that called all men to take full responsibility of their spiritual lives and Choose to Follow Jesus Christ or not; preaching the gospel that pleases men denies then that choice.

Galatians 1:8-10
(8) But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
(9) As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
(10) For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Preaching the Gospel not in Flattery and Greed…
1Thessalonians 2:5
(5) For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloak of covetousness; God is witness:

Of course one of the side offshoots of preaching the gospel through tact and diplomacy is that flattery becomes part of the mix. Often preachers and pastors begin by sweet talking their listeners and in the process Truth is cast aside.

The Listeners who don’t want anything to do with truth will maintain the preacher and will endeavor to keep the preacher paid well. The preacher then becomes a slave to the listeners who hate truth but gather to themselves preachers who teach things itching to their ears. This is the whole essence of the Prosperity Gospel for example; both the preacher and the listener in such settings are co-dependent.

The Listeners uses money, power, and popularity to keep the covetous and greedy preacher in check…the greedy preacher likewise uses a gospel of flattery and sweet talking to keep the large audience. It is in this setting that many popular New York Times Best Selling so-called Christians Books fall today…they are books that conceal Truth and use flattery to sell. Most of such books are always about ‘Self and You’ – sweet talking listeners and readers to perdition.

Flattery always goes along with Greed in Christendom. Show me a Preacher of Prosperity Gospel and I will show you Flattery. Show me a Flattering Preacher, and I will show you greed and covetousness.

Preaching the Gospel not as to Burden the People…
1Thessalonians 2:6
(6) Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.

Paul gives an antidote to the Gospel of Greed and Flattery, and that is that the preachers of the gospel must be willing to work with their own hands. Paul and his team did not want to become a burden to any of the Christians but rather sought to be a blessing. There is nothing wrong with work and preachers of the gospel in these last days must embrace hard work.

Paul made Tents that he sold off and was able to preach the gospel and even help support those on his team. I know some American Pastors have so much given themselves to the concept of “Full Time Minister” that they wait for the offerings in the basket. This alone often leads to various temptations like publishing Best Selling Books that often are filled with no substance of gospel truth but flattery. Yet for one to publish a New York Best Selling Book, one has to dilute Truth and offer notions that people love to hear – notions that will sell.

Yet this does not mean that the saints did not support Paul and his Team on their mission trips, they did and it was and is a very noble thing to do. However, looking to such offerings for a living is not wise and will often lead true preachers to ‘improvise’ ways to increase such offertory – and one of such ways is through preaching a gospel of flattery.

Secondly, if a preacher will work and support themselves financially then they cut off the temptation to use flatter in preaching the Gospel and will speak the Truth boldly and with no fear that they are controlled by the crowd of listeners who hate listening to truth but simply seek teachers of their like.

Surrendering an ally is no strategy at all

http://www.JewishWorldReview.com | Barack Obama has come up with an interesting strategy for dealing with the evildoers of the world. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Surrender your friends, if necessary.

He wants to make Israel, our oldest and only reliable friend in the Middle East, the guinea pig to see whether the strategy works. What appeared to be a minor flap between old friends only a fortnight ago now looks like an exploitable opportunity for the man who learned about who's evil in the world from a crazy Jew-baiting preacher in Chicago.

The public scolding of Israel and the warning that it must make nice with those determined to "wipe it off the map" are now revealed to be tactics in the plan to make the Middle East over in a way to please the Islamic radicals. The observant among us have seen this coming. America's true friends - Britain, Canada, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Norway and Poland in addition to Israel - have been getting the back of Mr. Obama's hand from the day he took his oath. The commitment to constitutional government and the ancient traditions of intellectual freedom that make up the cultural heritage of the West have been snubbed when not ignored, the natural allies of America lectured to when not insulted.

We're told that it's not nice, and maybe even racist, to notice that Michelle Obama, the elegant first lady who does so many things well, has cultivated her husband's talent for strategic snobbery. She once conceded that she only became proud of America when her husband got to the brink of the presidency, and in a remarkable video of a 2008 appearance that surfaced only this spring, she told of their visiting "his home country in Kenya." Unless she was conceding that she, too, is a "birther," she meant that Kenya is his ancestral and cultural home. This could explain a lot, and it certainly offers insights now into his determination to discard the Israelis in the affections of Americans and replace them with nations alien to the affections of most Americans. Why retain an emotional attachment to the sources of American law and literature when you could bow to the Saudi king and court the leaders of Iran, Syria and Venezuela?

Nothing would please the enemies and adversaries of America - the "outliers," in the trendy term of the moment - like putting the Jews in their place. Mr. Obama and some of his wise men, particularly in the State Department, which has traditionally looked for occasions to lend a hand to the Arab tormentors of Israel, now see their opportunity to impose a "settlement" of the dispute between Israel and the Palestinians. Mr. Obama finally put his game in play this week when he told a press conference that resolving the conflict was "a vital national security interest of the United States." Describing the conflict in these not-so-vague terms gives him the opportunity to prescribe any solution, however malignant or fanciful, just that way. The president, any president, must put the "vital national security interest" of the United States first and foremost. Who could argue with that?

Presidents before him, Democrat and Republican, have regarded Israel's right to survive as unquestioned and inviolate, bound up with America's own traditions of democratic government, and Mr. Obama continues to pay lip service to the American vow to defend Israel's right to survive. But lip service is not much defense against rockets, gunfire and suicide bombs and the contempt of the despots of the world. Conflicts like the continuing small-bore war in the Middle East end up, the president says, "costing us significantly in terms of both blood and treasure." Anyone can see where that argument goes.

This is of a piece with the remarks of Gen. David H. Petraeus, the U.S. commander in Iraq and Afghanistan, to Congress that "the lack of progress" in the Middle East creates a "hostile environment" for the United States. True enough, and the general's frustration is understandable (and shared). Wars have always been dangerous places to be, which is exactly why we send soldiers to such places. If only the Germans had not been so hostile, the Americans and the British could have had a day at the beach on D-Day. Alas, hostile the environment was, and there was no picnic. But the civilized world can be glad it never occurred to President Roosevelt to surrender France.

We pointed to the impact that Sunspot Cycles and the history of their connection to swarms of volcanic eruptions in our March 26, 2010, "Koenig's Eye View from the White House."

Eric Hadik, an earth cycle expert, wrote that the Sun shifts polarity during each sunspot cycle hellip; with seven to ten volcanoes expected to erupt in the next five years. Moreover, these numbers could increase with an even higher number of sunspots.

I shared articles from Wired Magazine: 'The 2012 apocalypse' and the National Academy of Sciences that stated if the great geomagnetic storm of 1859 occurred during a solar cycle of about the same size predicted for 2013, it could cause $1 to 2 trillion in damages to society's high-tech infrastructure.

We are in the beginning of a major record setting Sunspot Cycle that will increase in intensity periodically up to and into 2015. Eric said the period from 2012 to 2014 may likely be the most intense period of sunspots. These will affect the intensity and frequency of volcanoes, earthquakes, super storms, and damage and disrupt satellites and technologies on earth.

The unique thing about the sun is that it shifts polarity during each sunspot cycle. In effect, what was north becomes south and what was south becomes north (this is evident in the magnetic polarity of the actual sunspots and solar storms).

So, it takes two of these 11-year cycles for the sun to return to a similar polar position.

So, what can we expect in the coming years?

While the following might not be an accepted scientific fact, I cannot help but notice the close correlation between the peaks in the sunspot cycle — when Earth is sometimes pummeled by a massive surge of electromagnetivity — and the concentration of multiple, violent volcanic eruptions.

The important distinction is not when a single volcano erupted, but rather when a swarm of them did.

It is the principle of synergy when multiple, coinciding events increase the significance of a particular time frame.

Cycle of volcano swarms. This is why I also include a projection, based on multiples of '22'years.

1792 – Mt. Unzen, Japan – This is the same volcano that erupted in 1991 — along with Mt. Pinatubo & Mt. Hudson — but with more catastrophic consequences. In 1792, the eruption of this volcano killed 15,000 people. (+ 220 or 10 x 22 = 2012)

1814–1815 – Mt. Tambora (Indonesia) erupted — killing 92,000 and creating, in the ensuing year of 1816, the ‘year without a summer'; The Mayon Volcano (Philippines) erupted with the most destructive eruption of its history. This volcano later erupted in 1968 … and just came to life again, in December 2009. (+ 198 or 9 x 22 = 2012-2013)

1882–1883 – Krakatoa (Indonesia) — the most powerful eruption since Tambora — erupted, killing 36,000 people. Next to Tambora, this was the most deadly volcano of the past 300-500 years. (+ 132 or 6 x 22 = 2014–2015)

1902 [- 1906] – 1902 saw Mt. Pelee (Martinique) erupt and kill 29,000; Santa Maria (Guatemala) erupt and kill 6,000; and Soufriere (Caribbean) erupt and kill 1,680. Four years later — at the peak of the Sunspot Cycle — devastating earthquakes hit San Francisco and Messina, Italy. (+ 110 or 5 x 22 = 2012–2016)

1946–1948 – Major eruption of Popocatépetl (Mexico — erupted again in 1994 and now is active), Hekla in Iceland (1947 eruption started March 29, 1947 and ended April 1948), second greatest global lava eruption of 1900–1970; last erupted in 2000) and the creation of and eruption of Paricutin (Mexico). Cerro Negro (Nicaragua) experienced its largest eruption on July 9, 1947, with a second eruption in March 1948. (+ 66 or 3 x 22 = 2012–2014)

1948 – Niuafo'ou (Tonga) erupted violently, forcing a 12-year evacuation of that island. One additional, related point of interest … During this particular sunspot 'up' phase — in 1944 — Mt. Vesuvius experienced its last eruption. As explained a couple years ago, this volcano had a regular activity periodicity of 10-20 years for the past couple centuries. However, it has been basically dormant since 1944, an unusually long period of time for this particular volcano to be building up pressure when its 1900-year history — since the 79 A.D. eruption — is taken into consideration. (+ 66 or 3 x 22 = 2010–2014)

For what it's worth, a period of 4 x 22 x 22 years from 79 A.D. is 2015.

1967–1970 – Eruption of Arenal (Costa Rica), Mayon (Philippines), Tambora (Indonesia; see 1815), Hekla (Iceland) and an encore performance from Cerro Negro (Nicaragua), which again had multiple eruptions in 1968 and 1969. (+ 44 or 2 x 22 = 2011–2014)

1991-1992 – Mt. Pinatubo (Philippines) erupted and lowered global temperatures the following year; Mt. Unzen (Japan; see 1792), Mt. Hudson (Chile) and Hekla (Iceland) erupted. Cerro Negro (Nicaragua) was back for a second encore with its secnd largest eruption to date. (+ 22 years = 2013)

2010-2014 ??? – The greatest concentration of these cycles seems to be pointing to 2012–2014, although diverse cycles show the likelihood for major eruptions in each of the next 3-5 years.

Israel in a Really Tight Spot

Israeli Military analysts believe Israel will be in a war not only with Hamas, but also Hezbollah some time this summer. If it were only these two, and Israel wanted to get really tough, it would be over very quickly. I wish that was the whole story, but it isn't. Syria has now moved scud missiles into Lebanon for Hezbollah, giving them a very long-range capability; in fact all of Israel is now in their sights. The question now to ask? Is Syria planning on joining in this time? Lebanon has already made Hezbollah part of the Lebanese government thereby opening up the possibility of the whole country now being in danger from the IDF and IAF. Assad of Syria has made the statement several times over the past few months that he is ready for war with Israel - and that is the only thing Israel understands. But in fact he has that a little backwards. Israel wants more than anything to have peace, but it is the Arabs who only believe in conquest by military power. It has become obvious to me over the years that they don't want peace by way of a negotiated agreement. They want to be able to say they destroyed Israel and killed the Jews.

I feel like I am preaching to the choir because most reading this know there is no such thing as peace with the Islamic terrorists. They have programmed and indoctrinated their kids to believe to die killing Jews gives Allah glory and praise. Many have taken polls in Gaza asking 6th graders and younger what they wanted to be when they grew up. The large majority said they want to be suicide bombers and kill Jews.

The next war will not be like any other Israel has experienced, because the weapons now in the hands of Hamas and Hezbollah, Syria and Iran will present a totally different scenario.

I believe we will see Isa. 17:1 come to pass if Syria gets involved, and it looks like they have now talked themselves into taking no other option other than to join the fight. The Government controlled daily newspapers, continue to spread incitement and hatred towards Israel.

With Obama as President we know Israel cannot count on any help from the US, or at least not in time to make a difference. In Europe, anti-Semitism in 2009 more than doubled over the previous year. In some places there has been over a 500% rise in violent attacks upon Jews, and Jewish Institutions such as synagogues and Jewish businesses. Jews are beginning to pour out of Europe now and it is still possible to simply fly to Israel on commercial airlines. However, we are hearing Hezbollah making speeches saying that they can now strike Tel Aviv airport. With armaments flying into Beirut from Iran, North Korea, China and Russia, they are threatening that should Israel attack, they will retaliate against Tel Aviv. In other words, if Israel strikes Beirut airport, they will hit the airport in Tel Aviv. This has Israel in a really tight spot. If Israel sits here waiting, and doesn't try to stop not only Iran, but the arms build-up in Lebanon and Gaza, Israel will only make it more uncertain of achieving an easy victory. Or any victory! One thing is certain, and this also has been stated by more than one Israeli General; many Israeli civilians will die in this next war.

If you are anything like this Messenger you will know who wins in the end. God will gather again the second time His people to the land God promised Abraham, Isaac and Jacob by an everlasting covenant (Isa. 11:11-12)

We have a very busy schedule starting the end of this month. There is so much to be done, and so many places to visit and speak with those who need to know certain things. My greatest desire is to have a much larger boat to save many more. Our boat in Turkey may have to be moved soon, if the relationship with Israel deteriorates further in the next few months. We ask for your prayers and support for so much is needed. Our boat here in Israel went back into the water today and it is in very good condition. The one in Turkey should go in the water after repairs, some time this coming week. It also is in very good condition. And as I said in earlier reports, tourism is down in Turkey and the economy is very depressed. Now is the time to find the best deal for a 35 to a 40-meter Gullet in good condition capable of carrying over a 100 at a time to Israel. Pray with me for this need to be met.

No one knows how much more time we have to prepare. I thank God for every day He gives us, knowing that many are on the verge of making a commitment to bless Israel.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for our son Joel and all the IDF soldiers, pray for this Ministry and your part in it.

Crony Contracts
Want federal business? Better be a union shop.
There's almost a direct correlation these days between the Obama Administration's complaints about "special interests" and its own fealty to such interests. Consider its latest decree that federal contractors must be union shops.

The federal rule, which went live yesterday, implements an executive order President Obama signed within weeks of taking office. It encourages federal agencies to require "project labor agreements" for all construction projects larger than $25 million. This means that only contractors that agree to union representation are eligible for work financed by the U.S. taxpayer.

Only 15% of the nation's construction workers are unionized, so from now on the other 85% will have to forgo federal work for having exercised their right to not join a union. This is a raw display of political favoritism, and at the expense of an industry experiencing 27% unemployment. "This is nothing but a sop to the White House's big donors," says Brett McMahon, vice president at Miller & Long Concrete Construction, a nonunion contractor. "We've seen this so many times now, and how many times does it have the union label? Every time."

It's also a rotten deal for taxpayers. White House economist Jared Bernstein blogged that these agreements "significantly enhance the economy and efficiency of Federal Construction projects." In fact, the carve-outs put an end to open, competitive federal bidding, which means higher project costs. They also mean taxpayers must finance the benefits and work rules of union members.

Mr. Bernstein could check all this with the Department of Veterans Affairs, which last year commissioned an independent study showing the Obama project labor agreements would likely raise the VA's construction costs for hospitals by as much as 9% in three of five markets—Denver, New Orleans and Orlando. In two others, New York and San Francisco, the study predicted a mixture of small cost increases and small cost savings.

The study reported "strong evidence to suggest that the result of a PLA [project labor agreement] that dictates work rules, double benefits, team structure and activities on non-union type contractors will be that production costs will increase—given these union-related requirements." It also rebutted a favorite liberal argument that such agreements lead to less labor strife, noting that there are "many examples for projects where there have been strikes but also no strikes—unrelated to whether or not a PLA is in place."

The Veterans study mirrors academic work showing that project labor agreements raise the costs of construction by 10% to 20%. The Beacon Hill Institute at Boston's Suffolk University in 2006 investigated the costs of building 126 Boston-area schools. It found project labor agreements raised winning bids for school construction projects by 12% and actual construction costs by 14%.

Boston's Big Dig, Seattle's Safeco field, Los Angeles's Eastside Reservoir project, the San Francisco airport, Detroit's Comerica Park—all were built under PLAs marked by embarrassing cost overruns. We'd list more, but newsprint is expensive.

The White House went out of its way to note that the Supreme Court has upheld such agreements in the past, suggesting it has a guilty conscience. In fact, the High Court has never ruled on the legality of these agreements under federal competitive bidding laws. Industry groups are now threatening legal action to defend the rights of workers who will be denied employment for the crime of not sporting Obama-Biden bumper stickers. It's a fight worth having.

Wall Street Bailouts Forever

There is no person more central to Washington's bailouts of Wall Street than Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. As President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, he oversaw the federal bailout of Bear Stearns in March 2008 and under former Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, Getihner designed the original bailout plan for the American International Group (AIG) later that same year. As Treasury Secretary, Geithner has enthusiastically assumed full authority over the $700 billion TARP fund first secured by Paulson under President Bush and he had continued to wield it in the same haphazard manner as his predecessor.

Considering these facts, one might think that the Obama administration would be shy about making the personification of Washington's Wall Street bailouts the front man for their supposed financial reforms. But no, Secretary Geithner took to the op-ed pages of The Washington Post yesterday to make the case for the President's version of finance reform. After a brief defense of his TARP management, Secretary Geithner writes:

As the Senate bill moves to the floor, we must all fight loopholes that would weaken it and push to make sure the government has real authority to help end the problem of "too big to fail."
...
Crucially, if a major firm does mismanage itself into failure, the Senate bill gives the government the authority to wind down the firm with no exposure to the taxpayer. No more bailouts. Instead, we will have a bankruptcy-like regime where equityholders will be wiped out and the assets will be sold.

But does the Senate bill's "bankruptcy-like regime" solve the "too big to fail" problem? No. In fact it makes it worse. What the Dodd bill actually does is create a new $50 billion fund to be used in “emergencies” for restructuring firms deemed too close to bankruptcy. And who gets to decide when there is an emergency and which firms are too close to bankruptcy? You guessed it: Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. The Dodd bill is thus nothing but a permanent extension of Secretary Geithner’s TARP powers.

But not only does the Obama administration's finance plan further empower the exact same bureaucrats who failed to prevent the last crisis, it also makes it more likely that those same institutions that made risky bad bets before will make the exact same mistakes again. MIT professor and 13 Bankers: The Wall Street Takeover and the Next Financial Meltdown author Simon Johnson explains how promised government bailouts increase the moral hazard that leads to "too big to fail" policies: "Creditors had only limited incentives to watch over major banks. Ordinarily, creditors should demand high interest rates on loans to highly leveraged institutions. However, the expectation that large banks would not be allowed to fail made creditors more willing to lend to them." By establishing a permanent Geithner-controlled "emergency" fund, Wall Street creditors will know they never have to watch over their counterparts: if things go bad, their buddy Geithner will have their backs.

Responding to conservative arguments that their finance reform plan encourages, not discourages, future bailouts, White House blogger Jen Psaki wrote yesterday: "The reality is that there’s a clear choice in this debate: to stand with American families or stand on the side of the big Wall Street banks and their lobbyists who are defending the status quo." Problem is, it is "the big Wall Street banks" that are supporting the Geithner permanent bailout plan. In their annual letter, current Goldman Sach's CEO Lloyd Blankfein and President Gary Cohn make the case for more Washington regulation. And as The Washington Examiner's Tim Carney documents, Obama raised about a million dollars from Goldman Sachs employees and executives in 2008, the most any politician has raised from a single company since McCain-Feingold. And the Obama administration employs many Goldman alumni/lobbyists including Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, White House economic advisor Larry Summers, and Treasury Chief of Staff Mark Patterson. So who is really on the side of the American people and who really is doing the work of Wall Street lobbyists?

On APRIL 15, 1865, President Lincoln died. He was shot the night before in Ford's Theater. On APRIL 15, 1912, the Titanic sank. It struck an iceberg the night before. In 1954, APRIL 15 became the deadline for Income tax returns. Though the Constitution banned a Federal Income Tax (Art.1,Sec.9), Lincoln passed an emergency income tax to pay for the Civil War. It was repealed in 1872. An income tax was attempted in 1895, but the Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional in Pollock v Farmers' Loan. In 1913, with World War I threatening, Woodrow Wilson promoted the 16th Amendment, which was a 1 percent tax on the top 1 percent richest people. In 1942, with World War II, Franklin Roosevelt passed "the greatest tax bill in American history." John F. Kennedy stated April 20, 1961: "In meeting the demands of war finance, the individual income tax moved from a selective tax imposed on the wealthy to the means by which the great majority of our citizens participate in paying." In 1988, President Reagan said: "I believe God did give mankind unlimited gifts to invent, produce and create. And for that reason it would be wrong for governments to devise a tax structure that suppresses those gifts."

On APRIL 16, 1859, French historian Alexis de Tocqueville died. After nine months of traveling the United States, he wrote Democracy in America in 1835, which has been described as "the most comprehensive...analysis of character and society in America ever written." Alexis de Tocqueville wrote: "Upon my arrival in the United States the religious aspect of the country was the first thing that struck my attention...In France I had almost always seen the spirit of religion and the spirit of freedom marching in opposite directions But in America I found they were intimately united." De Tocqueville continued: "The Americans combine the notions of Christianity and of liberty so intimately in their minds, that it is impossible to make them conceive the one without the other...They brought with them into the New World a form of Christianity which I cannot better describe than by styling it a democratic and republican religion." In Book Two of Democracy in America, de Tocqueville wrote: "Christianity has therefore retained a strong hold on the public mind in America...In the United States...Christianity itself is a fact so irresistibly established, that no one undertakes either to attack or to defend it."

BOSTON – Tea-party activist and former "Saturday Night Live" comedienne Victoria Jackson says she's been a Christian for many years, but the 2008 presidential election was a major wake-up call.

"Well," Jackson said. "In 2008 I found out there was someone running who was to the left of Hillary. Hillary, she's way too left. She's like, a socialist."

Jackson paused.

"What would be left of Hillary? I was racking my mind thinking what political [belief] would be left of socialism. It must be like, communism," Jackson said.

"I learned a little bit about communism in high school living in Miami, watching the Cubans come over. My mom went back to work as a nurse so we could afford to go to a private Christian school," Jackson related.

"We were a Christian family and all, and my school did a good job teaching us about civics and the three branches of government. We had to read '1984' by George Orwell and I was like, this is a horrible book. In my mind I thought it could happen here," Jackson continued.

The former television comedienne said that she was also taught that communism wouldn't take over the United States by violent revolution. Her school background taught that communism would eventually prevail through the ballot box.

"Communism is the opposite of Christianity," Jackson explained. "In communism you worship the state, and the state can't have people worshiping God because there's competition there."

"I was very aware of that," she added.

Jackson said that she forgot about the reality of a communist takeover and went on about her life. However, there was the wake-up call.

"Obama started running and I did research on him and found out about his Marxist background. I thought, 'Oh no, here it comes,'" she observed.

"I started paying attention, and I noticed that the mainstream media doesn't tell the truth; they're a propaganda machine. So, I watch Fox News," she said.

Jackson voiced concern about Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's 7 percent ownership of News Corp., Fox News' parent company. She believes the prince will use his ownership to influence reporting on issues such as Islamic terrorism.

Jackson also expressed concern about Congress' effort to bring back the Fairness Doctrine, which effectively squelched political talk radio before it was revoked in the 1980s under President Reagan..

"The Congress is pushing the Fairness Doctrine, and they're trying to take conservative and Christian programming off the air. I wanted to make people aware of that," Jackson said.

"Most of America is apathetic; they're asleep," Jackson stated.

However, she believes the tea party is changing the attitude of Americans.

"It's fantastic! It's so grassroots, and it's so unorganized, and that proves it's grassroots. One city I flew into, there was no one to pick me up at the airport. It was 11 p.m. in Huntsville, and there were no taxis," Jackson observed.

"I rode with a stranger to my hotel to meet up with the tea party. I said this was really a grassroots movement," Jackson said.

Jackson believes that the tea party has touched a vital nerve in the conscience of the American people and believes that the movement will have an impact on the November general election.

The former "Saturday Night Live" star also believes that God led her back to California to try to influence Hollywood for Christianity and for conservatism.

"My husband and I prayed about it, and I just felt I was supposed to go back to L.A. I know that I'm 50, and there aren't too many parts for television. I know I'm also 20 pounds overweight, and that's bad for TV," Jackson observed.

"Los Angeles is very liberal," Jackson said. "So, it's a mission field."

Jackson's recent activism has inspired a couple of songs, including "There's a Communist in the White House" and her newest, "I Hope I Don't Get Sick."

He retired at age 42, then taught himself five languages, invented the rocking chair, bifocal glasses, and the lighting rod, which earned him degrees from Harvard and Yale. The word “terrorist” has assumed numerous presumptive connotations over the decades, and this trend of “redefining” the vicious label to suit certain governmental needs has only intensified in recent years, especially since 9/11. Its graduation as widely used political terminology gives it an almost archetypal quality, because it has the ability to trigger abundant and subconscious emotional reactions in the populace. However, these reactions are usually based on mass delusions: false ideas of what terrorism is, what it is not, and who is actually guilty of these loosely classified crimes. It is a weighted word, filled with projections, biases, and faulty perceptions.

Governments across the world, and organizations such as the UN, have considered “officially” categorizing what a terrorist actually is, but claim that they have been unable to reach an accord that satisfies everyone. I feel it is much more likely that ruling bodies, most especially the UN, would like nothing better than to keep the specifics of the term as hazy as possible for as long as possible. The more elusive it is, the more powerful it becomes to those elite minorities who wish to retain and centralize political control. While we tend to associate terrorism with Muslim extremism, because this is the image we have been force-fed for the past ten years, that association can just as easily be swayed or redirected to someone else depending on which person or people become most obstructive to the government’s immediate desires. At bottom, under the current cultural climate, anyone can be labeled a terrorist for any reason, even American Citizens liable for nothing more than exercising their Constitutional rights.

As our country spirals towards certain monetary derailment, scathing discontentment with the establishment is sure to arise. When trusted leadership betrays, when criminality becomes a political guideline, when the corrupt loot the world, burning the people alive in their ever expanding grip, invariably, defiance is born. The Globalists know this well. They have seen it time and again, and have learned from past mistakes. Instead of immediately attempting to crush this opposition of individualists, the Elites now preempt violence with “false cultural identification”; the public demonization of those who would inevitably rebel BEFORE they even do so, much like a murderer who admonishes his future victims for wanting to defend themselves. The wise man would find this tactic absurd, or insane, but wisdom is in short supply these days.

In this article, we will explore the steps that the Elites are taking to prime the masses for the label we will soon be hearing daily; “Homegrown Terrorist”. We will also take a look at the organizations and think tanks that manufacture this propaganda and mold it for public consumption…

Hutaree, And Pavlov’s Dog

Though the “Hutaree Militia” and their arrest have been widely publicized in the media, and the MSM has all but sentenced them as guilty in the eyes of the nation before a trial has even begun, I will retain judgment until all the facts are in. The incident has all the characteristics of a “Trojan Horse” disinformation maneuver, in which groups who oppose the government are infiltrated by men posing as members. A common occurrence in the 60’s and 70’s during the anti-Vietnam War movement, these federal moles would then purposely lure groups into illegal acts, or frame them outright. The main goal of this tactic is to topple the moral high ground that the challenging movement stands on, making them appear as corrupt as the governments they defend against. However, the manipulation goes much further.

Whether or not the Hutaree are actually guilty of the crimes they have been accused is really not the most relevant issue. What is relevant, are the false associations and connections made by the MSM in an attempt to not only demonize the Hutaree, but the entire Liberty Movement along with them.

While it is not uncommon for the globalist-controlled media to attack the Liberty Movement, the widespread anger over the recent passing of Obama’s unconstitutional health care bill and the Hutaree incident have opened certain doors for exploitation. The news is now awash in anti-patriot misinformation. Here are a few of the most prominent falsehoods being presented:

1) The Liberty Movement Is An Extremist Right Wing Element?: It may be a bit cliché to say, but people really do fear what they don’t understand. Half of the American populace have absolutely no clue what the “Right Wing” is, let alone what a “Right Wing Extremist” is. During the presidency of George W. Bush, the Liberty Movement railed against the Republican Party for tripling the size of federal government, for going to war in Iraq on false pretenses, for refusing to allow a truly independent investigation of 9/11 despite numerous inconsistencies and scientifically erroneous evidence in the official reports, and for illegal expansion of domestic wire tapping and spy programs against American citizens, including FISA, not to mention the Patriot Act and PDD 51, which give the executive branch legal authority to assume full control over the functions of government without checks and balances under any circumstance they see fit. In response, the MSM and others called us “liberal fanatics” and “communists”. Only a few years later, they now have the audacity to label us “right wing extremists”, as we call out the Obama Administration for supporting the exact same policies as Bush. Many Americans do not comprehend the position of the Liberty Movement because they are still trapped in the fabricated world of the false “left / right” paradigm. The leadership of both parties, Democrat and Republican, are under the influence of the same corporate globalist interests, and this is evident in the fact they support nearly identical executive legislative actions that erode civil liberties and U.S. sovereignty. The illusion of the Left and Right is not substantiated by fact, but by the theater of media. Barack Obama’s rhetoric, for instance, has never matched his actions, and few if any of his campaign promises to end Bush-era injustices have been fulfilled.

As a country, we must stop living in the fantasy world of celebrity politics, a world in which what people say is more important than what they really do. This is where the Liberty Movement exists; in the plane between the phony realities of Left and Right, where “taking sides” is meaningless, where the only thing that is important is what is TRUE, and what is dishonest.

The attempt by the media today to brand us as “Right Wing” is merely a ruse to associate us with the much hated Neo-Con ideology (which is really socialist), and to continue perpetuating the lie of the current two party apparatus. In this way, they can marginalize us as a fringe element of a fake party, an element that people can be made to dread, instead of the birth of a new third party, which is what we really are.

‘ObamaCare’ will not come to fruition, for many reasons, but most of all because the U.S. is beyond indebted. The costs involved in nationalizing health care are enormous. The sales of U.S. treasury debt to foreign banks have plummeted over the past year, and they will continue to do so. Like Greece to the tenth power, America is on the verge of sovereign debt default. The government and the private Federal Reserve’s only recourse has been to create massive amounts of currency out of thin air to cover the mushrooming expense of keeping the economy afloat. Without the constant injections of liquidity into treasuries, our government would no longer be able to operate. Very soon, these injections will inflate the money supply to levels which will destroy our currency, throwing the financial system into chaos. And, in the midst of all this, the Obama administration decides to increase our budget deficit to record levels and introduce socialized health care? Of course people are angry! It is my suspicion, however, that this was the goal all along.

ObamaCare can be used to create intense divisions in the citizenry, as well as distract us from the economy. It can also be used to redirect the debate over expansion of government power. By introducing ObamaCare, the elites change the dynamic of the argument. Before, the contention was that the government’s size was unsustainable and would bankrupt the nation. Now, the argument is over the ethics of leaving people without healthcare, and the “necessity” of large government in supplying that care. The debate morphed from a clean cut examination of what we could afford, into a foggy morality play in which those who oppose government expansion are “uncaring”, “greedy”, or perhaps “evil”. The message here is that proponents of private healthcare are “overreacting” to the legislation. Arguments that Obamacare is no more insidious than Medicare are highly disingenuous. Medicare is government ASSISTED health care, not government CONTROLLED health care. There is a very big difference, one which we refuse to ignore.

The Liberty Movement’s position on any issue has always been; do we have the money, and does the Constitution allow it? While it is unfortunate that the poor (I have been one of them) cannot afford health insurance, the cold hard reality is that we do not have the savings to fund collectivist healthcare, nor does the Constitution allow for government to dominate the healthcare industry, or force people to buy insurance they don’t want. This is not about little orphan Annie who needs a kidney transplant. Obama couldn’t care less. This is about putting those who call for smaller government in the position of being the “bad guy”, as well as making Federal influence over our private lives that much easier. The goal is to paint the movement as unfeeling, and without compassion, thus making it easier for the average American to see us as “terrorists” in the near future.

3) The Liberty Movement Is Driven By Racism?: This has to be my favorite disinfo talking point, mainly because of its blatancy. There was a time when all propaganda was so straight forward, simple, and shameless. This tactic does not need much explaining. First, I’ve been going to the Tea Parties for years, long before they were co-opted by Fox News, and I can say from firsthand experience that the Liberty Movement is composed of people from all racial, religious and political backgrounds. Many militias are also organized the same way.

The fact that the movement is fully opposed to illegal immigration is often used by the establishment to draw more false associations. The connection to which they allude is that since we are against illegal immigration, we are against all immigrants, especially Hispanic immigrants. This is nonsensical. We are against illegal immigration, for one, because it is ILLEGAL. I am not sure what is so complicated about this concept, but for some people, especially those who place themselves on the left end of our fake political spectrum, it is difficult to comprehend.

There are in fact legal channels one can take to immigrate to the U.S., as there are for any other country. If an American wishes to immigrate to Canada, he does not simply skip across the border and declare it so. He must follow legal guidelines, or be deported. This does not make Canadians biased against Americans, it makes them rational. If millions of us decided to lumber into Quebec and begin collecting on government programs that we never paid into, it would throw their entire economy into disarray. If we all offered our services to employers there at discount prices under the table, it would destroy their jobs market. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with what makes sense.

The purpose behind the racist label is evident. No one likes a racist, especially not a militant racist. The tactic is designed to plant assumptions in the minds of those unaware of the facts, especially Democrats, so that when a Liberty Movement representative engages them in discussion, they will automatically refuse to listen, regardless of how reasonable that representative may be. The blunt nature of the method reveals how desperate globalists are to keep as many Democrats as possible from joining the movement.

4) People Who Spread Liberty Movement Information Are As Threatening As Those In Militias?: The sudden push on the part of the current administration for the institution of the Fairness Doctrine is no fluke. It is also even less of a fluke that they are attempting to apply the Fairness Doctrine to the internet.

The Fairness Doctrine accomplishes two things for the establishment: First, it forces all media to define themselves as either Left, or Right, and then balances them accordingly, meaning all media would be strong armed into playing out the false paradigm forever, neither side ever changing or gaining an advantage. Second, it allows government to dictate what acceptable political discussion is and shut down those that stray from their guidelines. If the Fairness Doctrine were to be applied, it would not affect those gatekeeper news outlets that play the paradigm game; Fox, MSNBC, CNN, etc. In reality, the only news sources that would be dealt a drastic blow would be those that straddle the line between left and right, or that deny the paradigm altogether; Liberty Movement sources.

I have noticed that this development has occurred in tandem with another more subtle strategy. While government moves to gain more influence over what news providers are allowed to operate, the MSM has moved to infer that Liberty Movement news sources are “instigating” violence, simply because they exist. While most of us are aware of the attempts to connect Alex Jones and his Infowars radio show with any violent gunman that happens to stumble out of the woodwork, there has also been an endeavor to link all Constitutionally based websites and radio with “extremist behavior”, as the below article shows:

All societies that are advancing towards fascism begin by singling out certain ideas as “dangerous” to the greater good. The very fabric of American life is centered on the protection of ideas, regardless of their origin. We do not prosecute people for their beliefs, no matter how much we might disagree. This is beginning to change though, and one can feel it in the air. The MSM is now producing a low droning hum of propaganda aimed at accusing liberty based news as accomplices in “extremist crime”. As if the general disenchantment and opposition to collectivist government would somehow disappear if we were not here to write our views and report on the facts.

The above list of establishment talking points demonstrates a discernable pattern. This pattern is engineered around the concept of “conditioning”. Like Pavlov’s dog, Americans are being prepared mentally to react to certain bells and whistles in a way that serves Elitist interests. In this case, instead of salivating every time they hear the words “militia”, “truth movement”, “patriot”, “Liberty Movement”, “Constitutionalism”, etc, they are meant to think “Hutaree”, they are meant to think “homegrown terrorist”. Of course, unlike Pavlov’s dog, human beings cannot be conditioned if they are aware, and they can even break their own conditioning if given the opportunity. This is why we are pummeled daily with a constant barrage of misinformation, so that we never get a chance to open our eyes and see who is hitting us. So, who is hitting us…?

The ADL And SPLC: Propaganda Machines Extraordinaire

Whenever you see a news story on almost any mainstream news channel, or read one in almost any newspaper dealing with the Liberty Movement and parallel movements, the chances are very high that the ADL (Anti Defamation League) or the SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center) had a hand in it.

The ADL was founded in 1913 (coincidentally, the same year as the private Federal Reserve), and poses as a sort of civil rights group and non-profit corporation. In truth, it is a multifaceted propaganda arm for globalists, much like the Council on Foreign Relations, which has been involved in, and implicated in, domestic spying as well as other illegal activities.

In 1993, the ADL was caught red handed employing spies like Roy Bullock, who infiltrated organizations ranging from the White Aryan Resistance, to the NAACP and Greenpeace. Interestingly, they were also caught spying on other anti-discrimination groups, such as the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee:

These spies compiled dossiers on thousands of American citizens and hundreds of non-violent groups. In the mid-80’s, they also terrorized certain peaceful assemblies for nothing more than free-speech. A method they are now applying to us.

Because the ADL is organized around the Jewish fraternal order of B’nai B’rith, some people make the mistake of assuming that they are a purely Israeli construct, however, they are actually a tool for Elitist activities, not just Israeli, and alphabet agencies such as the FBI and the CIA collude with them constantly. In fact, the government has only supported the ADL more since they were exposed in 1993, and the MSM reports their skewed statistics and baseless opinions as undeniable fact.

When interviewed by the MSM, ADL and SPLC representatives are rarely challenged by their interviewers on any issue, and an interviewee with an opposing viewpoint is almost never present. When they are present, the “journalist” and the SPLC/ADL representative attack them maliciously, using dishonest Alinsky Tactics, such as attempting to keep the person from speaking, or attacking the person’s character instead of addressing the information he presents. A good example is this interview on MSNBC with Chris Mathews and director of the SPLC, Mark Potok against Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers:

Notice that Potok and Matthews immediately generalize and dismiss every one of the Oath Keeper concerns on government as “dark conspiracy theory” without actually providing any tangible reasoning to support their claims, nor providing Rhodes any real opportunity to counter their accusations.The “conspiracy theory” redirection relies on an ignorant public, unaware of the numerous facts and evidence that support the Liberty Movement view. The ADL and SPLC hope that you and your family will take them at their word, instead of investigating the truth for yourself. That the term “conspiracy theory” will trigger a Pavlov’s dog reaction, a knee-jerk response that causes your mind to immediately close. They also commonly use terms like “white supremacist”, “Oklahoma City”, or names like “Timothy McVeigh” in the same breath as “Oath Keepers” and “Patriot Movement”. This is done deliberately, and if you watch a number of interviews involving the ADL/SPLC, you will notice that they do it as a rule. Again, the attempt is to link the unseemly actions of one man, or one small group, to the whole of the movement, and to the ideology of liberty.
When reason is applied, and research is undertaken, Mark Potok’s arguments appear juvenile and lazy. The government’s own legislation is what created the Liberty Movement’s concern over martial law and loss of Constitutional freedoms. This legislation includes those mentioned above, like the Patriot Act and PDD 51, along with the Civilian Inmate Labor Program, and new legislation drafted by Republican, John McCain, and Democrat, Joe Lieberman (another example of the fake left/right working together), called the “Enemy Belligerents Act”:

This new act allows, among other things, for the treatment of U.S. citizens who dissent as enemy combatants, for the indefinite detention of these citizens without trial, and to be held under military jurisdiction. It also allows for “enhanced interrogation techniques”, i.e. torture.

Bills like this are introduced to Congress yearly, and yet I have to watch Mark Potok on MSNBC call my concerns and the Liberty Movement’s concerns “conspiracy theory”?

When We Are All Homegrown Terrorists…

Anyone who can’t see where all this is leading would have to be cognitively impaired. I, for example, am just a writer, but under the broad definitions laid out in government legislation, I could easily be considered a threat to national security. Could my articles not inspire resentment in someone? Could the facts I present not instill a need for “dissent”, or even self defense in the event that the establishment does institute martial law? What about people who aren’t writers, but regular Americans who happen to speak openly about their suspicions of where the country is heading? Are they “enemy belligerents” and combatants?

If the ADL and the SPLC had existed in the early days of the American Independence Movement, before a shot was ever fired, they would have called men like John Adams and Thomas Jefferson “terrorists”, good men, who only wanted to be free. There is little difference between our situation then, and our situation now, except that the terminology has changed, and indeed, we know even more about who we are fighting.

While being categorized as a homegrown terrorist may be a frightening prospect, what other people are led to believe about us is not so important. What is important is that we do not start to believe it ourselves. That we are not made to feel guilty for wanting to determine our own destinies, for wanting to keep government out of our lives and our children’s lives. We are not the instigators of this conflict, we are not the antagonists of this story. In the end, we are the deciders of this conflict. We are the authors of this story.

It is possible we will soon see an acceleration of our own malignment over the coming year. We will be ridiculed, condemned, and perhaps some of us even incarcerated. Violent attacks against innocent Americans will likely be carried out, some by real and misguided people, some engineered by government. We cannot allow these acts to be forced upon us as implied persona. We cannot allow others to speak for us, because others are unlikely to speak the truth. And most crucial of all, we cannot ever be afraid to speak for ourselves. The ultimate triumph for the Elites would be our silence.

Affirm your freedoms as an unbound man, cut the air, forceful and clear, let the world listen, and never stop.

Presidential Mistakes

President Obama is reported as saying that American policy towards Israel is “costing us significantly in blood and treasure.” First mistake. It’s the other way round, Israel is holding the front line against Iran whose power is spreading through the region via Syria, Hizbollah and Hamas. If Israel was not holding the line, then the United States would face a most uncomfortable choice: either to tackle Iran head-on or concede that Pax Americana didn’t work and it is time to withdraw from the Middle East with as little ignominy as possible.

From his way of thinking, Obama goes on to conclude that Israeli-Palestinian peace holds the key to Middle East stability. Second mistake. If there was genuine peace tomorrow and a state of Palestine, it would make no difference to the Sunni-Shia divide, to the ambitions of Osama bin Laden or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, to the civil war in Yemen, to the sectarian conflict in Lebanon, to the hard-wired despots in Egypt and Syria, and so on and on.

Obama also thinks that this projected state of Palestine is a practical proposition. Third mistake. The Palestinians are irremediably divided between Fatah and Hamas, and a state would trigger civil war to determine which faction would own it.

And from all this bog of misconception and ignorance, Obama finally is weighing using his presidency to impose some solution on Israel. Fourth mistake. No such solution exists. Any attempt at imposition would oblige Israel to see its existence now an urgent issue of self-defence and survival. The consequences boggle the imagination.

In the White House, it seems, someone likes playing with fire.

Keep your eyes on this issue. It is not one people write much about and some of these groups are getting funding from dubious sources. But one thing is certain - Millions of Americans are in sympathy, at least in part with some of the aims of these groups and many realize that eventually this is going to come down to an armed conflict... here in the US. Folks no one believed the USSR would break up until it was right upon us. All of the numbers were showing that the economy there was collapsing and the people were tired of the old system its corruption. The same thing is happening here but there are still millions of Americans who are not clued in because they have eight-to-fives, the house and a car. That is not going to last long... Washington is spending us into a civil revolt. When Sally Suburbs wakes up one day from her all night sex party and realizes that she just lost her job and there is no unemployment anymore.. its bankrupt, there are no jobs and the county sheriff just put a foreclosure notice on her front door, its tax time and she no longer has health care so guess what... she has to pay a fine, then (and only then) will they realize what is really happening and people will get very, very angry. Right now it is just the ones who have already been hit by this crisis, but wait another year or two... it will be your turn.

So yes, the possibility of America's breakup, however much it is laughed at and derided by mainstream media sources is no 'Russian Wet Dream'. There are alot of really pissed off people out there.

The likelihood that this break up of the union will happen before 2025 A.D. The likelihood of some kind of breakup of the union is about an eight on a scale of one to ten. The likelihood that the U.S. will fragment into many new nation states, in my opinion, is about fifty-fifty.

The counter-revolution from the heartland may start as a rebirth of the anti federal Government American Patriot Movement and the Libertarians that all but died out after 9/11. The leaders of the movement will address government circumvention of U.S. constitutional rights and it will gain an increasingly large following when muzzled Christian conservatives also identify with their message and some support the movement.

The federal government will obviously oppose these constitutional militias or whatever they decide to call themselves and overreact against them with Homeland Security directed raids that will dwarf Waco. This will only help enlighten more people in the Heartland to the creeping government fascism that is taking control of government and it will spark secession movements in conservative states.

As with prior federal agendas, they will threaten to withhold federal funds and use other coercion techniques against states that will not fully comply with locally unpopular federal laws. That will only alienate state representatives and legislators who will be under much pressure by the local people and cause them to threaten to cut off sending federal taxes to Washington. At some point one northern mountain state will put secession from the union to a emergency state referendum and it will pass. They will declare themselves a free state (like Kosovo) and invite international recognition. Other northern mountain states and some mid-western farming states might soon join with them and create a new union of states.

The federal government will use every means possible to outlaw all this but any federal police-state like actions will only bring violence from both sides and bring international scrutiny. The U.S. government will not be able to use the military to resolve the split because the military will also be totally split on these issues. - The Prophetic Years

America Becomes a Two-Class Society

Income tax day, April 15, 2010, now divides Americans into two almost equal classes: those who pay for the services provided by government and the freeloaders. The percentage of Americans who will pay no federal income taxes at all for 2009 has risen to 47 percent.

That isn't the worst of it. The bottom 40 percent not only pay no income tax, but the government sends them cash or benefits financed by the taxes dutifully paid by those who do pay income tax.

The outright cash handouts include the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), which can amount to as much as $5,657 a year to low-income families. Other financial benefits can include child tax credits, welfare, food stamps, WIC (Women, Infants, Children), housing subsidies, unemployment benefits, Medicaid, S-CHIP and other programs.

This is both a massive transfer of wealth and a soak-the-rich racket. The top 10 percent pay 73 percent of the income taxes collected by the federal government.

Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., has become the congressional leader in explaining details of the recently passed Health Control Law. He says that, based on Congressional Budget Office figures, taxes to pay for Obamacare will have to skyrocket to an 88 percent income tax rate within 30 years.

Although all wage-earners help fund their own Social Security and Medicare benefits, only federal income taxpayers pay the costs of running the federal government, and are responsible for paying off our $12.8 trillion national debt and for bailing out Social Security, Medicare, and Fannie and Freddie when they collapse.

Even the recently passed Health Control Law contains financial subsidies to unmarried couples that are denied to married couples. This rewards the unmarried women who were the second largest demographic constituency that voted for Barack Obama for president in 2008.

When Obama told Joe the Plumber he wanted to "spread the wealth around," Obama wasn't kidding. That's exactly what he is now doing: taking money from taxpayers and spreading it around to non-taxpayers.

Nor was Obama kidding when, on the eve of his election, he threatened, "We are going to fundamentally transform the United States of America." Converting the earnings of American workers into handouts for those who voted for Obama in 2008 is certainly a fundamental transformation.

Obama's promise not to raise taxes on middle-Americans is already down the drain. Obama brought former Federal Reserve Board Chairman Paul Volcker out of obscurity to serve as chairman of an Economic Recovery Advisory Board and announce that we need to raise taxes.

Volcker was blunt in predicting that the new tax increase will be a Value-Added Tax (VAT). That's the tax European socialists love because its rates can be hidden and frequently raised, while producing rivers of revenue for the bureaucrats.

Volcker claimed that a VAT is "not a toxic idea." It really is -- Charles Krauthammer called it "the ultimate cash cow" because it transfers so much money from individuals to the government.

Having already co-opted the executive and legislative branches of government for his fundamental transformation, Obama now wants to use the judiciary, too. The retirement of Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens gives him this opportunity.

On Jan. 18, 2001m on Public Radio WBEZ-FM, Chicago, Obama complained that the Earl Warren Court "wasn't that radical" because "it didn't break free from the essential constraints placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution. ... The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and serve more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society."

Calling for the Supreme Court to participate in the "redistribution of wealth" is shockingly revolutionary. Any judicial nominee who agrees with Obama's theory should be rejected.

Obama's game plan to "fundamentally transform" America is based on both Saul Alinsky's modus operandi for community organizing and on the Cloward-Piven spending strategy. Saul Alinsky was a famous Chicago radical, and Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven were less-well-known Columbia University sociologists.

The goal of all three of these agitators was the overthrow of the private enterprise system. The Alinsky strategy is to use community organizing and mass demonstrations by those he labeled the "Have Nots," and the Cloward-Piven strategy is to overload the bureaucracy with enormous demands for entitlements, thereby causing a financial crisis.

Obama used Alinsky methods by taxpayer financing of ACORN and subprime mortgages. Obama used Cloward-Piven methods by massive deficit spending for entitlements for more and more millions of people.

Fortunately, hardworking, taxpaying Americans are beginning to understand how they are being ripped off and rushed into bankruptcy. The one way to save ourselves and our country is to elect a Congress in November pledged to stop the spending.
